Hey Kris! Love your videos :)) super random question but how do you keep an even tan when you go on your runs?😂 I always have an awkward tan line when I wear high waisted shorts and it’s just the worst!!
Hey so as a figure skater whenever I skate or sprint I focus on breathing deep in my nose and out my mouth. This was a technique taught to me many years ago and I don’t even think about it anymore. I’ve worked on breathing slow ever tho my body is going fast. Also when you’re learning to run, keep it as a conversational pace. Like you could talk a bit with a friend. Difficult on a treadmill and might feel like you aren’t even gaining anything by going slower but you are not only training your legs, you are training your lungs. 🫁 they get growth too ❤️
Agree with Tammy! Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth in even increments. I do four paces in, four out. I also match my breathing to my steps. If you are feeling out of breath it is okay to do one deep breath through your mouth then refocus your breathing.

HAHA this is so real ugh^^ I try to even them out in a bikini when I can but the shorts + sports bra + watch tan lines are inevitable 😅😅
