I know you provided the type of fittings for your fuel setup somewhat in the video but can you list the exact fittings, the quantity, the specific line and line length (i think you mentioned 15 foot was good), but more importantly, where you bought all this from in a list format? It'd be helpful for those trying to replicate this using the exact parts :) Thanks again for helping NA-T community and not gate keeping this information. I'm in the process of gathering parts as we speak and you're channel has helped IMMENSELY.
Always happy to help and thanks for sticking around bro. If you want to check out my thread on the IS forum. my handle is ill_mannered on there. Check out my build thread here: Look at post #59 www.my.is/threads/turbo-kit-just-arrived.608978/page-3#replies
If you have any other questions, just hit me there or here. Either way. I don't really get too much into what fittings to use since everyone will mount their FPR in different locations so all of that can change. However, check it out and let me know if you need more help.
It's always something right? Can't have something good happen without the subsequent bad. Just keep you chin up and moving forward. Can't wait to see more EF content.
Where did you connect the vacuum hose to ? Awesome job, im going to do this some time this month. Im also preparing to turbo my Is300 so I’ll be keeping up with this build 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
We will both be having fun soon then! I connected the vacuum line to a small port that’s just in front of the “Y-pipe.” If you take the Lexus plastic cover off, and look at where the “Y-pipe” connects to the main intake manifold. Just in the very front of the manifold, there is a small port that is capped off. I used that one. DON’T use the larger capped off port that is in the very front of the manifold. It’s honestly too big and will make finding the right sized hoses a nightmare.
For the vacuum port on the fpr do you need a specific check valve? All i can find online is for ‘brake booster’ Like 3/8 size, is this what you used? Thanks in advance
@@oni473 nothing fancy or specific. Just went to the parts store and found a Dorman type one way check valve. If you are running a stand alone, you don’t need to the check valve. If you are still driving around on the factory computer then you do need it.
I didn’t use this exact one but something like this should work. Really depends on what size vacuum hose you are using. As long as you can get the hose on and secured, you should be fine. www.summitracing.com/parts/smp-dcv1?seid=srese1&ppckw=pmax-stock-replacement&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIpb21quS0iQMV5zitBh2ydR6VEAQYBCABEgLKBfD_BwE

Thanks for the encouragement my guy! Thanks for watching.
Sweet! One step close to “psshhhh” noises.
Yes sir!
Hell yeah bro great news on the Civic.
Yes sir!
Glad the EF came home. I don't think I saw a video talking about how it came back
Thanks! If you go back a few videos you will see a video covering that in brief

If you plan on running this return system with the stock ECU without a turbo, you need to add in a check valve so that the FPR doesn’t “see” vacuum.
@@Knownworldwide ohhhh okay I see. Thanks !
@@Knownworldwideone way check valve towards intake or towards fpr?
@@MidwestMechanic you want the FPR to only see boost so you want to make sure air (boost) can flow TOWARDS the FPR.

Dodo racing forward facing intake manifold next upgrade?
That would be nice. However I need to still address shimming the transmission first. That will probably be my next big hurdle to tackle.
Yea my daughter hit both fenders back car out backyard . SMH ,
@@kirki698 Man, hopefully the damage wasn’t too bad.
