You did the right thing, the river is not the place for plastic garbage bags, metal objects that are sharp and will rust, objects that do not break down and pollute the water which is not as important as the wild life that requires clean water for their survival

Looks like the junk drawer in the crafting room combined with stuff from cleaning the garage. Looks like my mixed media junk drawer for art. People collect all types of metal and other junk and glue it to a canvas then paint it etc Looks pretty cool when complete. Also the rocks looks like the ones you find people leaving in random places with painted message on it,

They predict any given time in the US there are somewhere between 20 & 50 active serial killers. Idk how they get that number. Seems scary, but % wise it's not too bad. Hell, our gov has more serial killers than that. Psychopaths do tend to be successful like that. They say around 5% our population are psychopaths. I'm sure it's a world wide deal. 🤣.. I've seen videos where bags were open that were found under water and there were goat heads in it. I would be cautious opening any bag that was tied shut and thrown in the water.

Good place to go river treasure hunting if in south Missouri is the Current River. Been coneoing there lots of times and partying but never focused on lost treasure aspect. Loads of people go on it every summer. Gotta be lots of Gold and Silver jewlery lost
