What do you love most about *cruising* ?
Slower lifestyle, someone else cooking and cleaning. Watching the ocean go by.
Sea days… must be why I love TA Cruises
I love cruising because, it's so exciting and there's something different going on every day.
No cooking, no cleaning, drinks on demand..... R and R...... and shows, live music and testing the fates!!!!
As a mom.. I always have to plan our vacations. Love that on the cruise, I can relax knowing once I board everything is taken care of for me.
The fact you do not engage in politics is exactly why I support this channel. Thank you for staying out of the stuff.

I just recently told someone on my cruise that I don't bring politics on my cruises. Cruising is my happy place.
My wife tells me, "No politics for the week!" 🙂
So smart to filter those words! I was at a resort when something happened to a political figures ear recently. WiFi was down due to a recent hurricane but all anyone wanted to do was talk about what they knew of the situation and blasted their podcasts on the beach once they had internet. For some people everything is political.
I’ve had to do the same thing too to other passengers (total strangers) who are just aching to express their adoration for a particular candidate. I shut them down quickly, but politely and they move along looking for another sympathetic ear.

As a hospital chaplain, I see families torn apart over politics. People write off long time friends or family members over politicians that don't even know their name. Yet people who have shared their life celebrations because they belong to the wrong party are shunned. I had a mother dying that couldn't have her sons gather round her bed because of their estrangement over politics. I've seen many broken families, but in over 30 years of this work, this craziness is a new phenomenon.

My husband and I are on opposite sides of the politics at present. We do not discuss and DO NOT discuss politics on a cruise with anyone. We go to relax. Keep doing you!
It’s hard to comprehend that somebody who watches RUclips videos, who uses either a computer, an iPad or a phone and knows how to use the Internet, has no idea that the algorithms decide what ads you see regardless of what content you are watching. I’m 77 years old and have just been watching RUclips and using an iPad for the last four years and it took me no time to realize that anything that I looked at would later appear as an ad. By the way, I’m OK with that because I’m not looking at anything that would make me embarrassed later lol. I love you, Tony! And I’m thankful I don’t have to listen to political stuff on your channel.❤

Tony, well said. We don't need politics rammed down us on a cruise channel. We don't even discuss politics when we go cruising, we are there to chill and enjoy being out on the high seas.
It is your channel you do what you want, its your channel. Freedom of speech is a right that the government has to abide by. Not the average Joe.

Tony 2024! Why don't people understand, ads aren't controlled by the content creators from my understanding it is dependent on family friendly and content age appropriate content. I am glad to keep this politically free as we need more escape from every place else.

I haven't seen an ad in 5 years with YT premium. Plus, you get to share it with 4 other family members, so no ads for them either!
YUP! I appreciate YT Premium for more than No Ads, but it's definitely the starting reason why I subscribe. Plus I can keep a closer eye on my boys.

Or wear political shirts/hats... you can't be spending thousands of dollars in disposable income on a cruise, then go and complain about how things in this country aren't "great" such as the economy, it makes absolutely no sense. If you've got the money to go on a cruise (especially if you've got a D+ pin on that hat) and still cover your basic needs sufficiently, life is pretty "great" IMO.

The funny thing is that "John's" own RUclips browsing behavior is likely why he saw that ad! The funny thing is, if the ad had been for those he supports, he wouldn't have said a thing. "My side good, your side evil" is a horrible way to have to get through life.
