The red light is much bigger and brighter which tells me that he has done lots of things for the greater good that he will burn for, but the blue light remaining tells me it was all for humanity and that ultimately it was all worth it.
so seeing how the spokesman gets the kill with the pistol, he ain't dead, that man is a rng god plus we dont actually see him die
the voice of the council guy honestly ressemble the voice of agent 47 in hitman.
He's not just a council member anymore; he's the new President.
He did Not Die! I refuse
The manliest voice in all gaming.
He could rouse the weary, scared and broken to fight unto death.
do you have a body? No? Then he isn't dead. :D
RIP epic voice guy
Now I feel like playing some more Xcom2, and I have to work tomorrow so thank you awesome video poster.
If you look closely, that last volley went past his left, he did not get hit
I don't think he's dead. I don't see a body.
Absolute fucking Chad, gets a crit on the first guy without even trying
would be funny if he were just a janitor at that secret communications tower who maybe pretended to be a sort of Forrest Gump so they wouldn't suspect him, but in his janitor's closet he was acting like a bad ass leader and informer. Hello, gentlemen.
Dude went out like a Boss: "I didn't tell you you could come in-I'ma Streaming here!"
If you look, you'll notice he is using a xcom enemy unknown lazer pistol.
All I'm saying is The second soldier missed his shot , wiffed his left arm and hit the computer system so there was no confirmed hit on him and he's obviously very accurate himself with that insta kill overwatch shot , I think he's still alive
That scene always gave me chills.
"A plan is now in place for the rapid processing of all non-essential human life."
*[Worried Quarantine Noises]*
The spokesman isn't dead, the Advent missed him cutting off the connection, he's alive just not able to contact XCOM currently.
That man straight up just got up and Pwn'd those fools, and then went on to murder just about as many x-rays with the sheer weight of his massive Elerium powered, adamamtium balls.
He didn't die. We will see him in XCOM 3.
I sure hope not. they already brought him back unexpectedly in xcom 2, I hope they dont do another "suprise im back" in xcom 3...
Fun fact: This is the only laser weapon we see outside of XCom unknown/within, somehow the spokesman has a gun noone else has that wasn't even developed in this main timeline
No corpse, no death.
I see a fight and then the transmission's death. Nothing more. Anybody see a shot hit in the body of council guy?. The response is NO.
the true hero of hummanity *sheds a single manly tear*
what a badass facing death and still keeping that low voice
Nah, he didn't die. He had a half-cover and the Advent troops were standing there without any cover. So, by the mechanics of XCOM the Council Guy had a big chance to land some juicy crits on his enemies.
He was flanked and the second advent had full cover
@@leonkotov counter argument: he had a special skill that makes you invincible for one turn if you killed an enemy.
It seems we are out of time. Farewell, Commander.
