ive got a 110cc pit bike, that i need confirm timing on.. How do you remove that cam cover?
Mine has no bolts...

But what if the cam have been turned without the sprocket on. How do you set that. GrEat video too!

You need to make sur the piston is at top dead centre and the valves are loose then put all the timing marks in line and then should be good 👍

@@ScottsShed ok nice one. My bike runs and that it’s idling way to high the exhaust gets red hot within minutes. I can’t undo my idle screw anymore I’m thinking it maybe my timing or my valves

Check oil level make sure good then adjust valves and you can get carbs cheap off line
