I had an 80cc bottom end and a 125 barrel, I cut the the metal sleave that goes into the bottom and then filed the piston down afew thousands of a mm. I didn't know that by taking the top of the piston down to just above the top ring it created a small bit which allowed a bit of extra fuel which when it all went back together it made the bike keep up with 140s as there's not much between a good 125 and 140. It turned the semi bottom end could get alot more out of it and was stunned when it took over my m8s 140cc crf110.
Currently rebuilding my m2r 160 bottom to top. Like u said it is relaxing to some watching people fix bikes so i decided to get my own project love the vids mate 👍🇬🇧
