    That flywheel is supposed to be really tight, right?
    Because it seems like mine has loosened up, it isn't really supposed to spin freely counter clockwise, is it?

    • @wrenchmaster8889
      @wrenchmaster8889  5 лет назад +1

      Make sure the keyway is correct installed, if you turn it by hand you should feel the compression. Tight the nut on the flywheel as hard as you can get. You can use impact wrench or block the engine.

    I have an Apollo Rfz 125. When it’s in neutral you can rotate the drive sprocket by hand (chain is off) and it will catch and lock up. If driving it it will make a catching noise more in 1st and 2nd and lock up the chain. Any ideas? My first thought was it was in 2 gears at the same time or something

    • @wrenchmaster8889
      @wrenchmaster8889  4 года назад +1

      if your sprocket locks up. is it indeed so that it takes 2 gear at the same time. this is coused bij misalignment of your shift forks/ drum or wear on them. second option is wrong placement of the washers between the gears on your 2 shafts on the gearbox.

    • @kevenberns6915
      @kevenberns6915 4 года назад

      WrenchMaster thanks the bike is less than a year old and has never been apart. So I will make sure the shifter linkages are moving correctly before opening the engine up.
