I want to thank you for answering my questions and also for providing a step by step guide to help me get my kids atv up and running again. It turns out that a piece of metal from somewhere got lodged in the valves not allowing them to close. By watching your videos I was confident enough to make the repairs myself. Thanks again!

Oh on a side note I picked up a hobby of fixing junked atvs and selling them for cheap for kids and in the process teach my kids a thing or two. Appreciate your videos. Many blessings.
I appreciate that, because as you know it's not always as simple as it seems on camera! You think the same way I do, getting the kids some educations on small engines and also enjoy the process of bringing them back to life! Thanks for watching!

Hi Bj , I must say it’s so awesome to finally find a how to video for working on my 110cc pagsta mini bike. Thanks for breaking down everything so I can understand it completely.
G'day mate, this is the most informative clip. I have a 110cc Chinese ATV that has had some starting issues for about a year now. I've tried finding some answers to it but nothing has helped. I went hunting and found this video. I then spent around $180 Australian to purchase all the tools you spoke about and I found the issue was compression and the kids can finally ride their buggy again. Thank you very much from our family to yours.
Liked, saved and subd. How 7 dislike this is beyond explanation. The attention to detail is outstanding and I would not hesitate to have this guy work on my stuff. Brilliant.
Have engine out of frame and in house. Top cover off and cam out. Fair amount of dark oil up top. Did compression test following your tutorial on here. 75. Pumped air in with a car compressor but didn't get air leaking from anywhere. May not have been powerful enough.
A friend gave me a Meerkat that he couldn't get running. I found it had no compression. Found a bent valve, ordered parts and am getting ready for reassembly. Found that little "funnel seal" laying on bench. I thought I found where it went, but this video verified it for me, along with a lot of other great info. Thanks for the help.
Great info man, been watching a few videos taking this engine apart trying to get myself familiar with the parts and the process before I start it myself. I really like to understand the 'why' behind what is being done and you've given excellent answers every step of the way. Also, thanks for editing the timelapsed parts. In some of the videos I've watched the past couple days, someone will be like "OK so now we are just gonna undo these bolts here..." *5min later* "OK and now we can remove these bolts under here..."
Thank you for taking the time to leave this comment! I was just having this exact conversation with a friend about the channel. Everyone does it a little different, and my style is how I personally would want to watch. Glad to hear you feel the same way I do!

As always great video. Thanks for being so thorough with everything. Just redone the valves on the raptor 50. Have learned more watching your videos than any others so far. Now to tackle some Chinese 125s I have laying around. I have fixed probably 4 or 5 from junkyard just from watching your videos. 2 was as simple as checking for spark and figuring out why it wasn't firing. Keep posting cause we are watching.
Picked up a couple 110cc Chinese ATVs a few weeks ago, clearing up the garage so I have room to work on them, and stumbled across your channel. Appreciate the content, you've got a new subscriber!

As someone who's applied Honda's torque specs to the clone and snapped a couple bolts, I'd say look up the motor model number and see if you can find it's torque specs, because extracting a snapped bolt is a huge pain. Given I looked for hours for torque specs before using the Honda specs, it's still at least worth a little research.
this is EXCELLENT! mine just started spraying some oil, I think out the carb, I need to investigate more, but it seemed like it lost some power, then I noticed the oil!!!

@@mistiparker6272 This is my #1 question for sure! I actually had a CNC company laser cut out all the metal to start making and selling my own. I will be selling the kits on my website either as a DIY kit or a completely assembled and power coated. Should have everything ready soon and will post updates on the channel.
Another great video. Thanks for all the tips and tricks in this one. Did valves on one earlier this year. I missed a few steps. But I know for the next one. Cheers!
Thanks Mark! You bet man, I really felt RUclips needed this video and I am glad I was able to help. More to come!

Just bought a valve compressor after watching this you made it look easy 😁👍
If your going to do this job that compressor is a must have tool!
Thank you so much for this detailed video helped so much with clear to follow instructions
great video,so easy to follow , bought 125 and 140cc pit bikes for my grandkids , but got gear selector problems, any videos on stipdown and split crankcase to renew shift drum gear shift forks ,thanks
Thank you. Very complete and Confidence inspiring.
top gasket was flipped and it doesn't need gasket sealant cuz you have oil running to the top lower left heat nut and you don't want it to carry gasket seant bits back to the cover oil galleys. anyways you'r awsome and thanks a lot
Man love the content it's really great can we get some info on that motor holder
Yeah I’m interested in the motor holder as well
this is the best video if seen hands down great job thanks
Great video, just what I needed as I have bought an old Chinese quad, although with only 50cc, that doesn't run that good. Maybe this will be the issue´and now I have a chance of fixing it!
Good luck on the project Albin! Let me know if you have any questions!
