Alas, I am merely a confused youtube commentator who should really "start creating, stop tweeting." By that, I mean figure out how the hell to finish today's work and stop listening to dd songs on repeat.
This and "Take The Bait" have been on repeat on my playlist. This is a raw album (in both the emotional an banger sense), but these two speak the loudest for me. This is such a grand come back, DD.
Really loving the voice, and the depression is palpable. I can only imagine the amount of stress you go through on a daily basis, with so many lives going on, but please take care of yourself. I know headless voices are hard to listen to, and you may have already resolved your problems, but please please please know so many people look up to you. :D

Hauntingly beautiful. This really captures that feeling where time stops, when "you should really be asleep right now," drowning in thoughts. It's not a fun place to be in, and I'm sure you're under much more stress than me, so I don't envy that. I don't wanna be the "is this a Persona reference?" guy, but some of the words and phrases definitely hit for me from P3, and the song in general reminded me of trying to escape into video games. I know this is the most depressed point of the album, and that there's another song after, but it hurts and is raw in the moment. I hope and pray you can find solace and transition during these times into rest, and to ultimately find contentment and a healthy way to disconnect from the screen, even as your fans and the world keep on spinning.
The person who makes this music is probably one the most dedicated and hardworking individuals if she's able to reinvent and mature her music during her hiatus, whatever she did in between her releases I'm just happy DEMONDICE is able to top herself in such a fantastic EP!!! 👍
It takes courage to appear this vulnerable in front of an audience like that, especially given that "audience" would be best put in plural, with a more controlled other side. This one particularly felt like therapy, to the point of having me thinking "should I be listening to this..?" for a second or two, so clearly the song is a success in its "scars bare" nature, on top of having a cool hypnotizing/hypnotized mood.
Whenever I feel like everything is crumbling down to the point I cant do anything to calm myself & having intrusive thoughts to just "disappear", this is the only song I can somehow just distract myself in with my chaotic state of mind while everything else just doesn't work. It just feels different to hear it in that state of mind. If I ever feel severely overwhelmed by life, this is the only song capable to soothe me down as long as I repeat it infinitely till I regain my sanity. This is a special kind of masterpiece is what I really wanted to say.

Love all the songs on the EP, but this one just hits different, i feel all sorts of things every time i listen to this song. Vocals, melodies and music overall show just how much you've improved since Alcatraz, which was a very good and fun album on it's own. This one gets me the most. That desire to just disconnect completely and get away from a reality that moves too fast to follow and the feeling of having to interact and understand everything that happens in this day and age of the internet. Of course, disconnecting for good is damn impossible, but it's good to take a break and be alone with your thoughts sometimes. And at least, after you've realized that first time, it feels like you become more aware. I don't know, like, I jump between getting emotionally invested in things, sometimes I care about them because they are relevant to me, other times less so. But then I'll just disconnect and observe like an outside. It certainly feels easier on the heart, but being numb to everything is still draining in itself, and I've fallen into those periods where I might be blocking out the emotional gut punches, but I also have no desire to really do much else, it's like I just shut everything down and go fully autonomous. That allows me to do what I need, but my creativity takes a hard hit, and that in itself can build up stress over time. Best I can do at this point is use the bit of wisdom I've built up to now to know what to engage with and what isn't worth losing my anger over. Anyways, thanks for keeping it real to yourself.

Perhaps I might be entirely misunderstanding the song, or maybe just projecting myself into its lyrics, but it feels like this song is about an escape from the anxieties, dissatisfaction and exhaustion of life, and trying to seek comfort in the debilitating state of intoxication to get away from life.
This song is super chill with the beats and stuff. Really love your singing as well
I love this song so much. It's probably my favorite off of the EP. It's hauntingly beautiful and your singing on it is phenomenal. Your voice has this tone to it in this that I absolutely love.

I love the callbacks and use of lyrical motif’s. Sure I definitely know that there are other Musicians feeling the same thing, but sometimes you just have to hear those words along with the right and Melody, or Beat, before it incites that reaction out of you, To feel not quite so alone.

Love all the songs on the EP, but this one just hits different, i feel all sorts of things every time i listen to this song. Vocals, melodies and music overall show just how much you've improved since Alcatraz, which was a very good and fun album on it's own. This one gets me the most. That desire to just disconnect completely and get away from a reality that moves too fast to follow and the feeling of having to interact and understand everything that happens in this day and age of the internet. Of course, disconnecting for good is damn impossible, but it's good to take a break and be alone with your thoughts sometimes. And at least, after you've realized that first time, it feels like you become more aware.
I don't know, like, I jump between getting emotionally invested in things, sometimes I care about them because they are relevant to me, other times less so. But then I'll just disconnect and observe like an outside. It certainly feels easier on the heart, but being numb to everything is still draining in itself, and I've fallen into those periods where I might be blocking out the emotional gut punches, but I also have no desire to really do much else, it's like I just shut everything down and go fully autonomous. That allows me to do what I need, but my creativity takes a hard hit, and that in itself can build up stress over time. Best I can do at this point is use the bit of wisdom I've built up to now to know what to engage with and what isn't worth losing my anger over.
Anyways, thanks for keeping it real to yourself.
