Totally get the fascination with AI, but making tutorials like this which inevitably result in people flooding RUclips with AI-generated lofi tracks and art isn't cool. Not only does it dilute the platform, but it also warps the perception of the sound for listeners who might not know any better. Real artists and labels have been grinding in the lofi scene for years, and for many, it's their livelihood. When AI takes over, it takes away from these genuine musicians who pour their heart and soul into their work 🙏
The only comment that makes sense on here... Most of these people commenting probably aren't musicians/artists and aren't aware of the struggle we've had for years! To think we've come all this way just to make it easy for music to be a commodity is sad.

Example if I published original music and you reupload my music, how does RUclips recognize that it is my music on your channel? You don't need a record company to represent you in digital music? So the MOST important is not just the music. You can actually use other peoples song but give it credit in something like this. The video is extremely important because NOBODY will give your music a chance if the video isn’t visually appealing
Creators AIVA clearly states that when you use their system for free, any generated music is copyrighted and owned by AIVA, you can only use the music for non-commercial purposes with no monetization allowed, and credit must be given to AIVA.
If you do not want this to be the case... you have to subscribe to AIVA which costs either €15 for limited monetization, or €49 a month for full monetization.
So, basically, you're accidentally encouraging people to break copyright law. You should do better research before posting videos 🙏🏻

No. RUclips is automatically against it. You can allow Creative Commons. But you won’t get paid for it. You can just reuse the background sound and remake a video all together.

Distrokid has a cover license you can pay yearly to use when you distribute through them. This allows you to do lofi versions of songs legally.

Bcoz this is not for musicians these r for non artists that want music or art quickly to serve their business or whatever. So they dnt rele care about the details they jus want it to serve the generic function of music which a.i can do very well so they save money that way. Get it?
It's not your content. It is AIVA's content.
Any music "you" generate using AIVA belongs to them under copyright law. You can only use it for non-commercial purposes, it CANNOT be monetized, AND you have to give credit to AIVA as well.
So the guy in this video is sorely mistaken.
In order to have limited monetization of the music that "you" generate using AIVA you have to pay AIVA €15 a month
in perpetuity and still credit them as the copyright holders.
Alternatively, you can pay AIVA €49 a month in perpetuity for full monetization and the copyrights transferred to your name, however it only holds for as long as you are subscribed to the €49 a month plan.

You can! You just won't get your videos monetized
I think all you need is written permission to use the track, it may be even just an email, but don't quote me on that.
Some time ago someone asked me if they can include my beat on his mix on youtube, so it has to be possible.

People to make money on you tube do what this guy is doing, just make videos of how to make lofi videos or how to make stickers videos or t-shirt videos, how to start an epsy store and little by little you'll get to 1000 followers, he has 200k subscribers he makes money by giving false hopes to people, just do the same. hell you can even use bad english just like him, pay attention to 1:08 try to reverse engineer videos, but do it with his video, not a lofi music video, He is not lying to you at all, he is doing what you should be doing, not what he is telling you to do.
I have try all of this and it doesn't work because all those nitches are saturated, you have to do what these guys are doing and quick becasue even his thing is also getting saturated.
