I been doing this going on 40 years now. I don't see these tools as lazy. I see them as a great way for the younger generation to break out of their comfort zone and get some new ideas going quickly. Not trying to argue, or disagree but I do think that the counter argument to this point is just as useful when it comes to knowing where to start! It doesn’t necessarily mean copy or write their music and practice their songs, But it does mean that being inspired by earth wind and fire to make a gloriously funky and high energy track isn’t a bad thing either, So long as it’s got your touch on it, there’s really no shame in getting inspired to make something, like what some one else has already made, Especially if you like it and want to get better at your craft in that direction as well! Want to be a better musician, but don’t know what direction to go in, Produce stuff that’s like the music that excites you at the moment! And see how well you can aspire to make stuff that sounds like the stuff you think is cool! Equally as well though, what OP said is just as true, don’t put yourself in a box, and make anything you love the sound of, especially if you’ve never heard anything like that before! Both can be really fulfilling experiments and contribute to your own progression as a musician! :)
@@xyzyzx1253 seems like somewhere along the thought process you got some things mixed up. The entire context of my post is in relation to the tools discussed in the video. "it can't make music for you" It's like Elon musk saying, yeah we put tons of cash to develop self driving Ai to.. help truck drivers to sit and be paid to watch the road ? All Ai purpose is to replace human at any stage of the process, Look at graphic designers and web developers loosing jobs by the thousands as we speak because of dall-e chatgpt and such. Music might still be a hobby just like chess is not going away with old guys playing in the parks. But any aspect of the industry making money will be left to the few shareholders of Ai Music Inc.
The fact that most of the AI-related videos are demonstrating tools to create boring 4 notes melodies, or "BeATs", only proves that hip hop is a primitive form of music. Try to generate good-sounding orchestral, jazz, or even metal music. I hate that 99% of the videos on youtube that tell about AI and music producing, only narrow it down to primitive hip-hop-like nonsense. People want authentic not artificial and there will be a virtual watermark on songs created by humans so people will know that what they’re hearing was created by a musician who put their heart and soul and years of dedication to their craft. Even if ai is great, i think just like this year, people will flock to parts of the world to see a total eclipse rather than use virtual reality goggles. Just my hopeful prediction.
is it any AI site/software which can make sound my song parts better? For example, I have a track with classical instruments but just programmed on Cubase instead of playing them live, so, is there exist something that can recognize the tone, progression, speed and instruments and make it sounds like a real orchestra is playing it? the same for example with a bass line, you give the chord progression, the genre, speed etc and it creates something that doens't sound robotic like someone which is not a bassist could record? and at the end, is there some kind of AI software where you can upload all your stems and it can blends and mix and mastering them as a pro producer?

Is there an AI that allows you to create songs based on a fake song title and a particular genre for already established musicians (who are not rappers?) Example *insert fake song title* Genre idea: for example rock n roll or edm And then the AI allows me to write a particular band's name to create the fake song by established band? I need something like like Jarvis, but not for lyrics but for a literal fake sound.
The issue with AI that is making people freak is that they claim it will replace artist. The AI must be seen as a tool to assist not as the answer to do everything for you. Get ideas, use it to refine something you already have or are working on. Sadly, society as it is I understand people are worry, lazy people who wants to do Virtually close to nothing with minimum effort found the perfect way to literally live the lives they dream off, do nothing yet get paid.
Thanks for this great video mate. ıhave a question though. I have a lot of beats but I am too lazy/dumb o make a song out of them. Are there any AI tools to help me with that? Could not find any in the net. Thnx in advance.
AI generated music is just insulting to people who actually care about music and have put thousands of hours into honing their craft. Supporting or listening to AI generated music is a slap in the face for all artists out there. I'm just glad it looks like it's generally associated with rap beats and pop songs, so I won't be listening to anything AI soon (I hope).
Bulshit music industry has the sampling long ago, there is a timbre and texture. NO Ai can beat James Brown, even for the poor generation we have now...
if there a AI APP that you upload your song without drums and it will automatically put drums on it? it will detect the tempo and it puts the drums on and then you can simply cycle thru the drum kits to find the right pattern?
2:34 you know there is other types of music besides rap, I mean, I think it’s actually the least musical type of music out there. It’s mostly beats and they don’t even sing. There’s no key OK
I have texts, I have records of me singing with guitars this songs, but they are made with old phones and i would like to find an IA that can restore the quality of this file. Does this magic tool exist?
If you've become a robot, that I'm sorry for you, these ai tools will serve you great as a steady functioning mechanical part. But someone with brains and emotions and guts will beat the crap of you and use and abuse you any day.
U ain’t a real producer if u lazy enough to use Ai. U can call yourself a producer but no one will accept u as one. Some of us out here sampling entire vinyl crates. Got lil bois out here using ai 😂

which website generates vocals (simulating female and male singer, by just specifying lyrics text as well as pitch and key)?
The issue with AI that is making people freak is that they claim it will replace artist. The AI must be seen as a tool to assist not as the answer to do everything for you. Get ideas, use it to refine something you already have or are working on. Sadly, society as it is I understand people are worry, lazy people who wants to do Virtually close to nothing with minimum effort found the perfect way to literally live the lives they dream off, do nothing yet get paid.
I need a app that can create track and mix it for my song I m singing in my voice
Thanks for not telling that Amadeus Code only exists for Iphone.... Screw the android users right?
I have texts, I have records of me singing with guitars this songs, but they are made with old phones and i would like to find an IA that can restore the quality of this file. Does this magic tool exist?
I thought I can download ur sample pack for free, but when I clicked the link then .....
Lazy? how about faking it. But then you're talking a lot about stuff like Deake, rather than actual music, so....
If you've become a robot, that I'm sorry for you, these ai tools will serve you great as a steady functioning mechanical part. But someone with brains and emotions and guts will beat the crap of you and use and abuse you any day.
do you want more subscriber, speak a bit slower and adjust the audio... other than that everything else is cool thanks.
Hi, is there a website where I can find notes by uploading a sax or piano part?
Or just get off your a.. and make your own samples. Then you will have 100% original samples no one else has.
Sheesh, here’s a thought, why not use AI to generate some useful clickable links in your description.
"no matter how good ai is gonna get, it cant make music for you" that aged poorly lmao
Hi . Would you please tell me how I can replace the vocal or the instrumental portions of a song with a piano voice ? I really appreciate your reply❤
U ain’t a real producer if u lazy enough to use Ai. U can call yourself a producer but no one will accept u as one. Some of us out here sampling entire vinyl crates. Got lil bois out here using ai 😂
