I think that 90 minutes is really not enough time to enjoy the food...two hours would be so much better...time to appreciate and savor each dish. Thank you for taking us along for another wonderful video.

thats the smart thing to do, i would just have the seafood, the hot meats and cold meats, and i would AVOID all the pizza, and pasta, and breads
All the times I’ve eaten at Bacchanal never thought to ask them to put prime rib on the grill, that really looked good, will do that when we next go.

Used to be 2 hours. And $80 is good if it’s gourmet quality food (which it is). Same thing at a Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant next door costs $200-300

$80 for one meal is insane!
It’s Las Vegas! That’s cheap. My wife and I were there a couple of weeks ago and went to Nobu, Scarpetta and bazaar meat each on those cost over 500 dollars with drinks. It’s not like you go to Las Vegas a few times a year, when you go just enjoy yourself 😅
At any restaurant if you order an appetizer, salad, main entree, and a dessert it most likely will cost the same to more, depending on where you go. Just check prices at your local steakhouse (I looked at my local Longhorns). Appetizers are about $10 average. If you get a fish or shrimp meal it's about $20. Add a steak meal easily $25-30 add a dessert at about $10. You are now easily in the $60 - $70. And there are many more choices at the buffet.
If you go to a high end steakhouse in Vegas you are hardly going to find a steak for under $80 and that does not includes Appetizers, salad, sides or dessert.
just bring a big bag that looks like a tourist bag with a roll of tin foil in it and hide it under the table, and sneak some of those meats in it and afterward take it back to your room for later after walking around..than the 80$ will be like 8 bucks.
$80 is still ridiculous, especially when the casino profits upwards of millions a day. Yes, it’s okay to splurge if visiting but $80 is laughable.
Not all…..it’s worth double that. Look at all you can get.

You also do these nice buffet's like the Bacchanal justice by filming the entire experience, instead of hurrying through in 12 minutes like so many other people's video's. I’ll never get suckered into Bacchanal again. Paid for 4 people last time and everybody was disappointed… very mid to bad quality food - steamship and prime rib among the biggest L’s. And salty dungenous crab? No thanks

i love the bacchanal, but at 80$ and 90 mins. I just can't do it anymore.
Why do people complain it’s expensive, it is but it’s Las Vegas. It’s not like you go there 10 times a year just enjoy it when you do go there.
I’m from the UK and visit once a year maybe even every 2 years but when we go we just enjoy it. We save up and go for it when we get there.
80 dollars is cheap in LasVegas, we went to Nobu, Scarpetta, Bazaar Meat and each of those was over 500 dollars with drinks. Breakfast for 2 anywhere nice is 70 dollars at least these days. Mon ami gabi, best breakfast spot in Vegas in my opinion sets you back 80-90 dollars for two breakfasts, coffee and maybe a cheeky Bloody Mary but it’s why you visit Vegas!

What are you talking about? Spending 80 or 90 dollars for breakfast is ridiculous. The vast majority of people who go to Las Vegas don't spend a thousand dollars on food when in town. If you think $80.00 is cheap, you must be one who does. Anyone who spends $90.00 for breakfast burns money for heat in the winter.
@@TheJayhawker83 totally agree with you prices are stupid but like I said we only visit once a year for maybe 10 days and work hard and save up for our trip so when we get there yes we love going to nice restaurants, cocktail bars, see the shows, booked cypress pool beds at bellagio for the stay etc

Ha ha - peel and eat shrimp means shrimp that aren't peeled but you have to peel them to eat them. Like the first ones you tried the Cajun ones.

Thank you, Catherine, for teaching me to *ask* if Consomme is available with the Birria tacos. Looks delicious! I love that there's an element of discovery at Bacchanal too with some of the dishes offered. When I return definitely trying some of the sauces with the carvery meats -- and a crepe!

I actually taken my husband there for his birthday plus wedding anniversary in Oct from NYC I used excuse I wanted to see a event @ sphere I really like the buffet at Caesars it cost me extra 210 bucks because if it but I still get to buffet

The first time I got lobster I got really sick, then i got mildly sick after that so no lobster for me, but I love crab and shrimp. Keep these long ones coming!

I admit I like my steak more towards well done, even more so than you. I prefer my meat dryer without any sauce or marinade. I think your wife is very brave having it that rare. She is beautiful by the way, you make a perfect match. 😊

I was just in Vegas in the beginning of the summer, and high dollar buffets are on the slide. Everything is top dollar, but quality and service was anything but. At $50/person, the buffet would be great. But not at $80. Two of the best buffets in Vegas (Cesaer's and Wynn) are examples. I've heard other examples of this too.
Cosmopolitan Buffet still has the same quality as pre-pandemic. $55. Unfortunately they stop serving lunch at 3 pm so you have to walk to Bellagio if you want dinner buffet

I would love to stay at the hotel for a week and just eat there for breakfast and dinner to experience and focus on every section without having to rush and mix so much different stuff
$80 is a bargain, considering all you get.
WAIT! They have HOT LOBSTER on the Bacchanal Buffet now?!? This makes their seafood section competitive with the Wynn which is an excellent buffet but not quite as good overall as the Bacchanal.

The Bacchanal is the best Buffet on The Strip. Once I did have a problem with some dry shell fish but never on the Carving Station meats. I agree though if you don't like something there is so many items to try.

That prime rib was perfect as it was cooking it again will dry it out. that rib was mid rare
