Why do people say Sanskrit is an ancient but not a living language?
The epic RAAMAYANA has the KAALACHAKRA date 12209 BCE and the SAMSKRTA language follows all PAANINI’s rules.
Unless PAANINI could travel in time to RAAMAYANA days his grammar rules of ASTAADHAAYI were known before RAAMAYANA and SAMSKRTA was frozen to be changeless.
It looks strange that a language couldn’t change over such a long period of time but there it is. RAAMAYANA is fully understandable today by anyone.
As for as living language is concerned, commentaries of Vedic texts were done in the near past ,say before Islamic raids in about 1000 CE.
MAHAABHAARATA is similarly dated to 5561BCE with a huge gap of about 12,000 years. Rg Veda was already known by RAAMAYANA and if these dates are correctly derived, where would the DASHARAAGNA war fit in this timeline?

The fire rituals are very important of people migrating as the iceage declines. The prefix A' or Suffix 'A also denotes direction of travel / worship A'sura goes West and the Sura'a go east. This would be beacause the general diraction of travel will follow the Sun as the ice declines. so it follows A'brahm goes west and Brahm'A remains east. Like wise the written scripts right to left for those going west, left to right for those going East. Out of India also means that the coastal areas of the Peninsular (Drav'ida) would be populated and moving upwards and and outwards.

He said in the video that South Indian temples and worship were in vogue, similar to the philosophical undercurrents of the Bihar region. Moreover, the Dravidian correspondence with Vedic Sanskrit is evident in some Vedic words like käNa ( kaN = eye), nîra (nîr = water) having Dravidian borrowings. It is also well known that Indus Valley part of the civilisation obtained gold from Kolar’s gold mines. Keezhadi excavations have revealed that South India had similar urban settlements. I am sure that with further archaeological research, more light will be thrown on the on-goings elsewhere. Whole of India is a veritable gold mine as far as archaeology is concerned. It’s only that our ASI is a lazy, old, rickety organization that needs to be revamped with fresh, young people.

Can somebody please explain me if Sudas was a Puru King why waged war against his own people, the Purus? Bharata dynasty could be the descendants of Bharata the grand son of Sagara who is mentioned in Ramayana, Buddhist text like Dipavamsa and Jain text.
This Solar dynasty Bharata has gone into oblivion and Dushmanti Bharata of Lunar dynasty has come into prominence in the puranas written by the sages who served the Lunar dynasty kings But in Buddhist and the Jain text the Solar dynasty Bharata has lived a long time before Dushmanti Bharata. So if he was an emperor the Bharata might has got the name from him rather than the Lunar dynasty Bharata who lived after him.
I personally believe there is some confusion in identification of Bharata in the battle of ten kings. In Puranas as well as Jain text we hear about Surya Vamsi Kings Sagara and Bharata having wars with Chandra vamsi tribes as well as minor branches of Suriya Vamis tribes living in the West. So could this King who won the Battle of Ten Kings be the Solar Dyasty King Sudas, or Sudarshana in the Buddhist text, Ramayana and Puranas (especially in Bhavishya Purana?)
Few reasons I can show for this,
    1. Sages of Vashista line were the family priests of Solar Dynasty Kings from the earliest times. They have served Kings like Sagara as well as Dasaratha. So how come this sage in the Battle of Ten Kings serve a Lunar King Saudas?
    2. If we consider Sudas In the battle of Ten kings there is no representative from the very powerful Solar Dynasty, which is very strange.
    3. A similar war fought by Emperor Sagara with the help of Sage Vashista is mentioned in the puranas with the Mleccha tribes. A similar description comes in Jain text as well.
So is it possible for his descendant (Saudas) to have a similar war with the same tribes with the help and guidance of a sage Vashista?

    • @mridulamishra9737
      @mridulamishra9737 2 месяца назад

Read all the books of Talageri. Or watch all his episodes then you will understand.
Btw Purus were not fighting with purus. Their conflict was with other tribes like yadus, ilchakus, druhyus, etc.
Puranas contain stories and should not be compared with Veda. All the references you made are known to Talageri. Initially, Talageri had started studying the puranas with Vedas which caused more confusion.
      I'll cite one example.
In puranas, we know of vashisth as a brahmin and vishwamitra as a kshtriya turned brahmin.
But if you read Rigveda, there is mention of vishwamitra coming to help sudas with yagnas, mantras, rituals, etc. Whereas vashisth helps sudas with not only the yagnas, rituals but also in the battles.
Although not explicitly mentioned but the little descriptions of the 2 sages in Rigveda tell a slightly different story. Vashisth seems like a kshatriya-brahmin while vishwamitra a ritualistic brahmin.

To put the most extreme case, the Hittites had plenty of time prior to coming OUT OF India (as per Talageris model, which I agree with) to have ENTERED India from the steppe region anytime after 3000bce, taking on board elements of IVC culture in the process.
This is not simple mental gymnastics on my part but a very serious model I have been working on for over a decade now and that I have not seen any refutation of anywhere or by any evidence. This is probably because it is correct.

It's absurd and contradictory when the Speaker says even now after 2000 years after puranas are aggregated and discussed we modern day humans remember puranic wars, context, characters etc but 2000 years back when puranas were compiled they did not remember the vedic wars, context and characters which must be another 2000 odd years older to puranic age?? They forgot all about it and fabricated stuff in puranas? This argument stands on flimsy ground! Does it mean the composers of puranas didn't have good memory but we in 20th century have better memory??

    • @AbhishekKumar-fj9jb

And if we analyze u will see traces of why Muslims sacrifice Goat(makar, bakra) as daksh was beheaded n placed with makar head .. n thn he worshipped Shiv &created a Shivling which was known as Makareshwar later distorted as Mecca
