I so missed not seeing Dr. May! Just listening to him, soothes me! Wish I could have a fireside chat with him, so many things to talk about!!! Love him!!
Me, too. The more I hear Brian May talking about his life, and times, with Queen, and other things, too. He makes me feel happy. It is good to see Brian May posting videos, months after his heart attack, and his recent injury, when he was cutting his garden.
This legend who has toured around the world playing some of the greatest songs is just chilling at his house making a video on how to watch yt in 3D. I love this guy lol

I know it's not the point of the video, but Brian's house so beautifully and tastefully decorated. The Union Jack/Queen fabric on the antique chair is a clever touch!

This is in "The Room Of Amazing Chairs." - Also, if you put a magnet on your phone, be sure to never put your phone near your credit/debit/gift cards, or it will wipe them out clearer than a black hole.
The magnet is on the back of the owl viewer. There is a metal plate on the back of the phone. It is attracted to the magnet and holds the phone in place when viewing.
After seeing videos of you struggling with health in the past months, seeing you now happy & getting back to your former vigour is very good to see Dr May 👍. Your videos & music brings me a lot of joy during these uncertain times, thank you 🙏.
You don't need any equipment to view these images in 3D- just look 'into' the image and relax your eyes until you see 3 pictures. The 'middle' one is a mixture of the two which is the 3d effect.
Love your Tee shirt Brian, you must have got it in February when you were touring Australia. Saw you interviewed by channel 7 when you arrived in Brisbane from New Zealand. Loved you cuddling a koala.
It blows my mind Mr May, to see my Favorite guitarist of all time, and Superstar...as well as PHD DR , May promoting your books on The cosmos , from your Parlor.....You are amazing .....

Hey Brian, don't know if you're going to see this but today i played a song on guitar, I want to break free that is, and it was the first song that i managed to play entirely on guitar witch inspires me very much. Thank you for being a giant inspiration not only for me but for a lot of people out there.
That's so exciting, my dear, I'm waiting for September 23rd....You're looking very good this morning- I love your voice and your smile ! Have a happy day, I send you all my love, stay safe!!!♥️🌈❤
I'm obviously too late to get me an Owl, dear Bri. But since I love to "travel" through the nebulas (nebulae?), I'll go ahead and watch it anyway. I'm terribly lucky to live in a village where one can look up and see the infinite space of the Galaxy. And realize that we, people, are só tiny and almost insignificant when compared to all that beauty "up there". It keeps one humble and with both feet firmly on the ground. So, before I'll "hop on" the Hubble again, we have an appointment, Dr. May. So exciting... Dearest Bri, thank you for sharing also thís fun with us. Please, do stay safe. God bless... 😘😘🤗, 💖💖💖🐶 🇳🇱
I remember in the seventies where at Go cart city and we where driving these high performance go carts and the had loud speakers all around the track and they where playing a John Deacon Queen song another one bites the dust and we where driving this fast go carts around the track and they play Another One bites the dust real loud and we where having a blast . In the seventies they didn't even have an Internet you couldn't check out the Brian May Channel. All we had was Radio and Album covers . I guess that was my best Queen memory.
Brian you look so well.It is so lovely seeing talk about this stuff, you are so talented. You have such a calming voice,I could listen to you talk all day.Love your chair you are sitting in,it is perfect.Hope you are keeping well in yourself.xxx
I remember when National Geographic published 3D pictures of the Titanic ruins. It was so cool, the issue came with 3D glasses and you could look at the pictures and feel like you were underwater! I'm definitely going to check this out!
A friend gave me a set of glasses that I can look at 3-D videos with. The sample video put up was unbelievable! Thank you so much! I can't wait for the other video tomorrow!
I’m sitting here with my OWL (O.W.L.? Owl?) clasped in my hand, squinting at this video to research how to do this before the presentation. I asked for this book for Christmas but that’s months away, man. Thanks for posting this, dude!!
Wonderful, that Owl thingy reminded me of many years ago when we had a wheel / Viewmaster I think it was called? We slid in the wheel of photos and each time you pulled a lever you could look at each picture in 3D I think. Sorry physics was not my strong point 🤣 Love your videos. Xx
Oh man! It took me ages to acquire the first Queen in 3D and I have a pair of owl glasses with that. I hope I can stand my phone in place with them. BTW, my book was dented on the top corner - even though it was in its own unharmed sleeve. Unfortunately, because I have cervical arthritis, it hurts me to study it. I need a music stand or something similar to be able to pour over it like I want to. But I love having it and showing it to fans and other musicians that I know. Please keep posting stuff, Dr Bri. The world still needs you xoxoxx
Dear Brian, you always amaze me with your many-sided interests. Thank you. I wish you to keep your mind alive for many, many years. With love from Ukraine❤ 💛💙✌
Has Anyone Tried "crossing your eyes" and focusing in about half the distance between you and your laptop screen? if you learn how to do it correctly you'll see 3 images insted of 2..but the Middle will be 3D. i just tried it on the Horizons 3D teaser...and it does work..Takes Practice tho....Hi Brian! Love ya and Thank you for all youve Given to the world...We all appreciate you!!
I wouldn't risk it, Acme! My grandma always told me if you cross your eyes and get bumped, your eyes will be crossed forever! (and you know grandma's are always right)
PaperCup Ah, but don’t our elders instill strange and creepy ideas in our young minds?? I recall being in the back of grandma and grandpa’s station wagon with my older sister on one such occasion. (She was 5 years older and so when she told me to do something, I did it, unless I wanted to be clobbered.) When grandma said that, Lisa said “do it, I dare you!” And so, fearing a good clobbering, I did it. My heart was pounding while my eyes remained crossed. We didn’t find out about the eyes staying crossed curse.....after awhile my head ached so much I couldn’t keep them crossed and I started to cry. Lisa got the “you’d better not be picking on your sister, Lisa”. hahaha
PaperCup How many “near misses” must we have had in childhood?? Those “parental/grand parental people in our lives relayed so many “be careful of if/thens” we survived! I believe each child, upon our 18th birthday, should be presented with a glorious trophy in recognition for simply surviving childhood. (and, of course, each mom should be given a solid gold pendant.....because every child, in a moment of fate-tempting, has tested the “step on a crack, break your mother’s back” curse.).
Brian, what a great idea using your Owl viewer with a smart phone. Today, I exposed some Kodak Ektar 100 film in my 1950s stereo camera on Kangaroo Island in South Australia. After the film is finished, Ive been wondering about how to present the 3D images to friends and family members. I often make use of anaglyphs but if I go with that option, I would likely have to use the 'half colour' setting which would be a shame since the Ektar 100 film is known for punchy, saturated colours and I wouldn't want to compromise that. And of course reds can be problematic with anaglyphs. Cross eye is another option but unfortunately, not all of my family members can do cross eye viewing. I could make up some stereo cards but there is the cost of printing which would certainly add up if I want to share a large number of stereo images. It looks like using an Owl with a phone is the perfect solution for my needs! I'll have to order one of those phone adapters.
