You can deep-fry the zucchini in oil (crispiest + tastiest), cook them in the air-fryer, or bake them in the oven. They are the perfect appetizer or side dish.
⭐️ Ingredients
2 medium zucchini
1 cup (250 grams) milk, we used unsweetened soy milk
1 cup (150 grams) all-purpose flour
1 cup (150 grams) breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ gallon (1 liter) frying oil (only for deep-frying)

The use of milk instead of beaten egg is very brilliant.
In college we would go to a restaurant that served them as fried zucchini sticks with ranch dressing. It was a dollar something and it was all we could afford. It was delicious. I still make it to this day but coin shaped would be easier. Just took pictures of my zucchini's growing today. I've made it once already. Can't wait to make more.

Just tried this recipe!! Soooo good!! I fried mine in the oil!! Definitely recommend. Next time, I’ll mix some Parmesan cheese in the bread crumbs!!

Can’t we just put them in egg mixture before you do flour and breadcrumbs. Or even skip the flour and just put them in breadcrumbs?

My grandma made this for me after my mom told her I liked fried pickles so she made them for me (what she thought I liked) I hated them and I ate three plates cuz she worked so hard making them she passed way last year and I wanna make them again😭❤
