As much as I love my TJ, I have to say, the CJ-7 and CJ-8 Scrambler are my favorite Jeeps for their amazing classic looks inside out. But for capability and durability, I'll still take my '05 TJ Rocky Mtn. This is one great CJ-7 you inherited! Looks great with those 33's and white lettering. 😎|||||||😎
Just finished a 4 month build of my mom's ci7 we built together when I was 9.. it's now got a built 350 with a Muncie 4spd.. she got to drive it for the first time in 10 years yesterday
Did you purchase a different set of front shackles to get the extra inch of lift? How would I go about finding those parts? To me, your Jeep has the perfect stance.
Yes the front shackles are a 3/4” taller shackle than stock. So the Jeep is about 3.25” front 2.5” rear. I wasn’t happy with how it was nose diving after the new springs.
@_everydayoffroad_ not sure why the other dude has to be that way but appreciate the reply. If you can confirm the backspace and offset for those wheels for me that would be great. Just my preference but I prefer not to have the tread peeking out from under the flares. I intend to run 32x11.5 and if I can confirm your backspace and offset then they'll sit with the tread just under the edge of the fender flares. Let me know if you don't mind. Appreciate it.
Awesome - good that you didn't put extra stuff (lightbars, winch, etc.) onto this great vehicle!

Bom dia. Desde de Minas Gerais, Brasil .Qual a motorização? V8? Potência? Torque? Qual o preço de um similar? Grato.
Are those wheels 15" x 8"?
Yes
No they're 15x7 you're pretty clueless on Jeeps to run a channel on this stuff
