      That is true! I do think, especially if you were able to stack Eagles at lower premiums 2019 or before, its could be a really good opportunity for you to accumulate even more silver. Or, hold out for an even higher premium spread. While I am personally not going down that path, I do see the argument.

    I've stacked Silver Eagles, Maples and Britannias. Like you I have looked for the best deals where I could buy them at the lowest current premium compared to other sovereign coins, and this does fluctuate but Eagles do command the highest premiums in almost all circumstances. However, I've also found that in dealing with local coin shops where I've developed a good relationship with the dealer that the Eagles command the highest premium for me when I sell them. Like it or not here in the States Silver Eagles are always in highest demand and move the most easily, so for the casual stacker this may be the safest bet as they can be assured of being able to rapidly move them locally with the highest premium for them when they decide to sell.

      @@RickieMillican I actually like Eagles! Happy to pick up some when I can. I just prefer the design and premiums of a few other coins more.

      @@williamrome2257 Totally understand that. I love being able to buy local and American when I can. However, when the premiums are drastically more than other options, it makes sense for me to pursue other options. Having said all that, do what you have peace on!

    You never gave a good reason why?

      @KingdomSilverKC  2 месяца назад

      My reason would be that the premiums on Eagles are (typically, not all cases) significantly higher than other silver coins. Just wanting the buyer to beware. I am unsure if they will keep their premiums long term. Many in the comments gave good points as to why you should purchase them. Many different thoughts on the subject!
