  • @goldnovaelite

Xiaomi 14 also comes with E-sim support in India, a digital sim prevents misuse of the sim cards in case of theft. And between better color and details, I'd pick the cameras with more details (Xiaomi) as you can tweak the colors but you cannot add details to a photo. And the rear camera video from Xiaomi looked better to me, Oneplus's video felt a bit overexposed. With Ip-68 rating and 60fps selfie videos, Xiaomi 14 is a better package. Buy OnePlus if you are a heavy gamer.

Biggest drawback is the battery life for me. Even with moderate use it doesnt even last the whole day. Its not great for people who spend most of the time outdoors. Also it gets really hot even when using apps like camera and hd video playback. Ofcourse these are obvious issues with compact phones. Yes it comes ahead of OP12 is certain areas. But when it comes to usability experience, thats where OP12 has the upperhand imo.

For those who're confused, HyperOS is not a rebranded MIUI. It visually looks a lot like MIUI but it's based on AOSP and has a rewritten kernel (MIUI was based on Google's android). It's a lot smoother and stable than miui. Let's see what happens in the future.

Let's see what actually happens in one year.

We have a general problem of RUclipsrs carefully choosing words to exaggerate, miss facts, refuse to show detailed specs and many more tricks up their sleeves to psychologically make the viewers lean towards the brand that sponsor the video.
While I completely understand that money makes many things and many of us would have done just the same thing if we were in their shoes, as viewers we should also do something to stand against company buying the verdicts rather than working for it.
I have a solution to this very problem, but I also very much love to hear the ideas of the public. Please feel free to think aloud.
    Solution :
    1) We have the spec sheet of the phones compared in the video out in the internet. So anybody can call out the obvious specs that the RUclipsr consciously stepped over to favour the promoter.
    For eg:
    I) PhoneA has 2k amoled display while the promoted PhoneB only has barebones FullHD display that the reviewer pretended to not realize.
Ii) PhoneB has a SD 8 Gen 3 while PhoneA has Exynos 2200, but reviewer claims that PhoneA is magically ever so stable and cool and seems better than PhoneA. ( even though the PhoneA's more expensive Ultra variant uses SD Gen 3, but audience don't know about it, so reviewer downgrades it in the current video and praised it in the other videos)
iii) PhoneB has quirky features like IR blaster, Water drop agnostic touch, Phenominal battery life, Fast charger in the box, Wireless charging. But reviewers never mentions these advantages otherwise the promoter would be pissed off or wont approve the video.
    2) We can mention the time in the video and point out misinformation the reviewer is passing on, or the word manipulation the reviewer is using to downscale the actual advantages the other phone has over the promoted phone.
    For eg:
    i) At 5:36 the building behind him in the photo taken in PhoneB has actually captured with better details and contrast, whereas in PhoneA the perspective it is slightly distorted. But reviewer doesn't mention it for obvious reasons.
ii) At 7:03 PhoneB proves that it the real world realworld performance is unhindered but it throttles benchmark apps, whereas PhoneA shines in certain benchmark tests, but returns lower scores in realworld usage. Still the reviewer concludes by saying fear mongering words at 7:20 to make the viewers lean towards the promoted phone.
    3) Call out inconsistent or contradicting statements from the mouth of the reviewer from other videos about a particular point.
    For eg :
    i) In video (paste link here) at mm:ss the reviewer said "The colors in the image are saturated but feels pleasing to the eyes and ready for social media" because the phone is promoted, but in this video if the promoted phone takes natural photo and reviews goes "The color reproduction is so on point that so this phone wins this category even if it the photo is not as detailed" as the other phone because that company didn't pay up.
Thanks for reading, please Call out biases as when caught. I will paste this comment in every single Promoted video of all the channels I could find. We have to make things right even if it just 1%. Peace ✌️

They can remove the wireless charging and give us an UltraSonic fingerprint sensor. Also, they can provide a dedicated dual stereo speakers. I hope they will launch a Xiaomi 14 lite to fix this.

I've been using the F20FE (30K 2 years ago) and ZFlip 3 (40k for more than a year) from Samsung earlier and I do not regret anything except for a few software features that I've been missing from Samsung devices but it had more to do with ecosystem. But I can still use Samsung buds live and galaxy watch 4 without any issues with them so I feel like I'm with the lower budget and getting a better phone for the overall value. Also purchased a xiaomi pad 6 for 23k (8GB ram + 256 rom) and I'm loving it.

    IQOO 12 VS XIAOMI 14

  • @abhitsinha8813
    @abhitsinha8813 10 месяцев назад

I just bought Xiaomi 14 (Jade Green). The first 2-3 days battery was draining slightly fast but now on day 5 it is easily last whole day. Camera is very consistent and definitly more features than oneplus 12, even may I will never use its whole potential. Loudspeaker has good loudness but I have heard slightly better than this also. Upon using heavily (switching apps heavily, opening camera continously) tends to heat the phone and heating means battery drain. Phone feels light weight considering it is flagship with premium materials.
Now time will tell how the software update thing goes in future as this my 4th phone from xiaomi. After using MIUI so many years, I got some confidence to spend 60-70k on xiaomi. Till now my experience is very good.

Did you buy OP12? ... If not how can you say Xiaomi is much better as I can say it can vary person to person but when can't compared in person don't make a verdict

@@YaseenKabir I am telling the features of stock camera apps of both phones. Xiaomi has more features than the OnePlus 12 because I have used that phone.
Xiaomi 14 has director mode, the ability to shoot slow-motion videos from all 4 lenses including the front camera, LOG mode in video, ability to choose various potrait focal lengths (standard, 35 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm & 90 mm), ability to change mic in video, audio zoom, can shoot videos in dolby vision.

I saw the Xiaomi 14 and the OnePlus 12 in the stores today, the OnePlus felt far more premium and had no stupid notifications. When I asked why is the Xiaomi 14 having these push notifications, the salesman had no answer. Xiaomi haptics were not up to the mark too. Can’t judge more than that.
