Nothing 2a should have definitely included the charging brick atleast, if not also the case. Extra 4k, you get a good software and looks, but the performance (antutu scores are still behind the 750k+ Carl pei promised), and the extra lacking features make it a bad competition to iqoo z9.
99% people don't give a damn about what storage type the phone uses. An overall great software experience matters much more than on-people specs. And most people already have multiple chargers with them. No one buys separate charger for every new phone they get. Didn't know these cheap low-quality brands like Vivo had fanboys lmao.

1) it's not exctly stock. you get additional features enough to call it a different experience. 2) the RAM type and UFS storage doesn't matter to a casual phone user, software experience however, does. 3) WHO BUYS A CASE FOR 1K FOR A PHONE UNDER 25K???
The clean minimalistic software alone is worth it though...
I think something thats no youtuber is mentioning is the extra cost you have to spend after buying a nothing phone. The charger costs approx 2k and a case is for 500 altogether it takes the price range above 25k in which I think we have better options. I think this is a concern that should be addressed.

I got 2000 additional exchange bonus plus 2000 card offer. Got a 65 W GaN charger for 2000 by CMF which has 3 ports in it, and got a good case for Rs.144. Not bad if you ask me.

From what I've seen her the Iqoo destroyed the 2a. Crushed it in accessories, CPU and camera and of course price. Even the design of the Iqoo is fine. It looks decent. So I'd say it's a strong win for Iqoo

Purchased Nothing Phone 2a for my mom.
I would rate this:
Design: 10/10
Aspect Ratio and holding : 9/10 Usual android phones are too tall with less width. This comes more like iPhone kinda aspect ratio.
UI: 10/10
Camera : 6.5/10
Battery : 8/10
It’s super clean, smooth and animations are buttery. Camera quality is decent, but far better than her old phone (Poco X3 pro).
The phone itself feels great to hold in hand and design stands out really well.
I purchased it after the OS updates, so didn’t get any jitters.
Also she s not into performance intensive gaming or etc..
Overall ig it’s a great phone to gift to parents or relatives who just want a classy, clean and smooth phone and okay with a 6.5-7/10 camera. 👍

Extra 4k, you get a good software and looks, but the performance (antutu scores are still behind the 750k+ Carl pei promised), and the extra lacking features make it a bad value at its price imo. 21k - 22k would have been a better price (without the charging brick), but hey, no bloatwares and the ui development would have costed them some money, so I think it's okay.

i have been using iqoo z5 for the past 2 years used to play genshin impact 9 hours plus no other phone is beating iq in terms of performance
even the camera after 2 years is phenomenal takes good photos when ever needed
ya noting is good in terms of looks and sowftwear but iq has also been consistent
I've iqoo 3 the OG phone and it's still going strong apart from battery degradation over the period with usage of CoD and now Warzone

Nothing 2a user here. Many here mentioned about lpddr4 ram and ufs 2.2. im not justifying it but these things are not a bothering thing for a normal user that too under a budget of 25k.
In my pov nothing 2a is a 9/10 phone. The 2 negetives i felt was, one charger and next the camera. Camera is not bad but very inconsistent. Hopefully they'll fix it future

Clear difference? Still not many HDR videos are shot in 10 bit. 8 bit display with better colour tuning, HDR support on Netflix, more consistent cameras are worth more than paying 6k+ extra for better software.

Brought Nothing 2a, software is fire, play casual games. But the phones feels like this is designed so we don't stay put. This is a phone that you just use and get back to real life. It's very hard to explain the feeling. But this is very no bullshit if you don't need to use it just put it down psychology in it

Been using tha 2a 256GB variant for a week now. Got it for 17.4 K after exchanging my more than 3 year old custom ROM redmi note 10 pro max . Here's a small summary.. Software experience: it lags a bit at first, notices your usage patterns, and smoothens the experience, extra points to those 2 updates I received since I purchased the phone. The camera feels like a major upgrade, not a fan of shooting portraits, the natural bokeh is fine for me. If you keep the camera to HDR instead of HDR+, it's actually good, minus the few misses of those oversaturated pics in artificial lighting to boost those highlighs (had similar overprocessing of pics in my redmi thanks to custom ROM and G cam' HDR). I casually game and COD gives me 90fps constantly. Ordered the CMF GaN 65Wcharger for 2K with the phone, charges my TWS, headphones and phone at the same time (has 1 type A and 2 type C charging ports). That's pretty much it ig.

Conclusion:-
1) Iqoo for better performance and stable camera.
2) nothing for design and better software experience.
My decision:- i will go for iqoo z9 because i want better performance, and better camera.
I know it has not a better software experience. But still that phone is better than nothing in my pov.
And also remember nothing phone 2a don't have charger and the antutu score is also less than iqooz9...

Maybe they under Clocked the processor, but still, it’s a relatively good phone for its value. No other brand really offer this kind of experience at this price range. I’ll say well done nothing.
People are missing a major point here. Nothing is offering an extra year of Android and Security updates. I bought my OnePlus Nord, back when OnePlus was the OG flagship killer, and I got only 2 Android Updates for a 30K phone. 3 and half years have completed already and I am still planning to use it for a year or more. I dearly miss the software updates and that's why I am telling you it's a big deal. Also my phone has Snapdragon 765G which scores less that 5 Lakh on Antutu. I don't even know what type of RAM and Storage specs are, but they are just fine for me as a student.
Don't worry Nothing Phone won't last that long. With all its fancy design & quirks it isn't built sturdy. Also older 1+ phones were beasts everywhere, even the new 1+ can't beat older 1+ there. So it isn't a deal breaker kind of issue for most of the people.

It's been 12 days of using the Nothing phone 2a... And i have to say it really stands out from every other phone in a crowd. It really looks attractive. The phone looks really beautiful, obviously far better than iqoo z9(the bezels🤣). Speaking about the performance the ram does keep up with the apps the Nothing OS has some bugs but the update has fixed 90% of the bugs and obviously far better than funtouch OS.

Iqoo is 17k after Amazon pay discounts however nothing is 22+2k genuine nothing charger so its 7k difference just for cleaner software nothing else makes no sense to buy nothing😊, else like your content broi keep it up
to summarise, you are paying just for the Nothing OS and NP2a reeks of compromises right from the choice of SoC, build quality, poor outside legibility and sub par cam, sadly !

Vivo just boosts colors and yeah some like it, but if you want more realistic colors then Samsung is the better of the bunch.. yes it has heating issues, but only if you push it too hard.. Instagram and tiktok only support 1080p so if he's only shooting at 1080, then there's no issues at all.. battery is pretty good after updates NGL
