They should have given 7+ Gen 3/ 8s Gen 3 in Edge 50 Pro and 8 Gen 3 in Ultra that would have justified their prices, Ultra also has 100x Zoom Telephoto, but they messed up with Chipsets, they should have given 7 Gen 3 to Edge 50 Fusion instead of Pro

There is no reason to buy the edge 50 ultra over the OP 12. Not giving an LTPO display and then pairing it with 4500Mah battery was bad decision from Moto

Motorola has not updated many of their last year launches to Android14 and here we have Trakin Tech team busy praising them.
Moto phone launches->Promote like Crazy and initial excitement->Don't care about the long term experience on that phone for a user which generally falls off once the hype dies down.
Had seen the review of Edge 50 Ultra vs OP 12 on this channel qnd it felt so biased. Literally skipping on all the good points of OnePlus.
True. I'm using edge 50 Pro and it has basically tons of bugs and camera issues as well. This trakin tech guy is like a brand ambassador of Motorola now.
He's just promoting Moto.
Motorola phones have good hardware. But very very bad software.

Main camera of Edge 50U is slightly better than the iPhone 15pro Max at night even.
The fusion of the Motorola has a poor camera always overexposing and saturating.
The U should be amongst the top 10%, Vivo Being top 1 to me.

Moto edge 50 Ultra pricing overlaps with alot of older flagships on sale you can get Samsung S series, iPhones & pixels they all outperform edge 50 ultra on camera department
No, I compared the photo samples of the current S24U, iPhone 15pro Max, pixel8 pro and edge 50U, and at night, the 50U always has more detail.
It still does not come close to something like the Vivo X100pro, but the main camera always had better performance. On the telephoto, Apple and Samsung and Pixel tended to be a bit better. And the Pixel 8pro without night mode had less detail on the building they always photograph at night than the edge 50 Fusion even.
I really did not expect the Pixel out of all to perform so badly without it's night mode. You can open the websites and compare the photos of the Building yourself they always shoot at night.

can you make video explaining difference between 7+ gen 3 and 8s gen 3 with all like L3 cache and other minor details if possible?
There's 4 thing that consumers prefer Samsung or Apple when they have 60k-70k to spend on a phone.
1) Support (at least 5 years)
2) Software experience
3) Camera
4) Resale value
5) Brand (at least to some)
Other things like the specs matter as well, but can be a little flexible.
For me the first 4 things really matter. 5th also matters to me not because I'm a brand snob, but Apple and Samsung have been consistent with the first 4.
To classify a phone as a flagship killer, and for me to pick it up, it has to match the flagship in the first 3 parameters, have at most 30% more depreciation and should be 30% cheaper than a flagship.
Oneplus was once truly a flagship killer, but then it dropped the ball in software update when Samsung raised the bar. It also increased its price to be withing 15-20% of Samsung. Motorola is trying to be the next flagship killer. It should learn from Oneplus's mistakes.
Brand value plays a major role specially in india above 50k 95% people will buy that phone which has brand value, apple, Samsung or google. Only tech enthusiastic people will buy phone like moto, iqoo, normal people always buys brand value phone.

Never heard such a stupid comment before. Brand value for Motorola is much more than an average chhapri poco, oppo, vivo iqoo nonsense. Secondly, motorola has many independent service centres across India and definitely in Delhi too. Does your average chhapri band have independent centre or just 5-6 companies jammed into one? Motorola is as good a brand as Samsung and Apple.

Genuinely very interested for the X Elite Windows laptops. Have been at the edge to get a MacBook because of the battery life it has for someone who travels a lot and edits photographs but not sure about MacOS and Android compatibility.

I was an user of POCO F3 GT & I bought it because of the performance for money proposition. But 2 years down the line in Jan this year, it suddenly switched off. No issues what so ever was there until it suddenly died in the middle of using WhatsApp. They say it's a chip level issue and the whole board has to be changed at 17K.. I have decided not to go for poco F series kindly of phones. I am still thinking, why would this happen?

motorolla is doing good everybody is talking about motorola but but no one wants to buy a motorola even me i don't why there is no vibe and excitment towards motorala.
I would take Motorola phones anyday not the pro model but 50 fusion and 50 ultra for sure.
It looks overpriced but the reason is that it is released in both offline and online market together and that does increase the prices automatically just like Samsung or iPhone as they have to provide marketing materials and costing automatically goes up.
Best thing is they have kept price same in both offline and online market just as Samsung and iPhone.
Other brands like Vivo or OPPO which are available in both offline and online market their price differs in both offline and online market offline retailers fluctuate the prices but online the phone would be cheaper.
Keeping the prices same is a good strategy and as an overall performance and specifications ultra does beat civi or GT 6 by a mile.
I have used phones of all 3 brands in past as well and Motorola phones are much better to use for longer duration compared to Realme or Xiaomi, You will start having issues with either the volume and power buttons or the glue of screen would have been so poor that screen would come out even for dragon glass or victus, screen won't break but the whole screen would start coming out and you will have to run to their repair centres for it, If you are buying the phone for just 1 or 2 year use you can buy Xiaomi or Realme but it won't be used without issues past that point while Moto phones you can use them for 5-6 years without any troubles just like Samsung or iPhone
Ohh yes adding to it has IP68 dust and waterproof certification, To obtain IP68 certification for a device also brand has to spend a lot as the agency which certify the device charges the brand a hefty fees so phone prices will see the effect of it when they are launched in market.
Civi comes with IP54 certification only which is not fully protected from dust as well, dust can enter body and damage it, GT6 though have better protection with IP65, but still not fully waterproof it can only resist light rain from every direction but cannot survive in sudden heavy rain situation or fall in even shallow water

i think you guys should talk about the prompt or lack of phone updates of different companies. Needless to emphasize more companies should not just market to sell their products but also keep up their promises of updates. Such discussions on brand specific will go a long way for companies to get the message that customers buy to get timely service updates . Hope you people do

How i understand it is : the. Smaller you device portfolio for a year, the higher your brand sits in terms of value.
Then Pixel would have a high one but they lose 70 to 80% of their value within 2 Years.

Hello everyone 👋! Seeing all your comments I want to say to. Currently I am using motorola g73, this mobile was brought for my dad( he was a Samsung user so he wants a clean interference but not samsung again) but due to some reason he gave to me. Personally I like this phone like camera is awesome, its charging is above then I expected and performance is decent like I can play cod in medium settings but the worst thing about its battery backup especially after android 14 update. Talking about update 😄! I am very happy as I got android 14 in the last week of April and security update is updated to in June. So personally I love this phone compare to my realme narzo 20. My father had brought g34 and it's a great pack at that price point ❤.
Note:- it's based on my experience yours can be different. I am very happy with my moto hope so Moto will fix your problems too 🎉❤

Samsung S23 battery performance sucks!! Heavy usage, you need to charge four times. Regular usage, you need to charge twice. No fast charging support.

I just bought a moto edge 50 pro last month, and feel that it's a great all rounded phone at a very good price range. It's not the best in the field of performance in the budget range but there's no compromise in anything else
OnePlus had golden opportunity to make more profit outta Nord CE 4 Lite only if they would provide SD 7s Gen 2 SoC or something like that if budget was their issue they could have gone Dimensity SoCs but they made it dirty

If Motorola can be the fastest non-Pixel to bring Android 15 and Android 16 on their old phones above 20k, then we are talking. Consumers are not at all confident seeing the track record of Motorola / Lenovo. They killed a great ZUK series with software alone. That's crazy!
