    Cave Creek is a wonderful, eclectic mix of folks and a destination spot for people who want to spend time in a cool little town where you walk into a funky little bar where at the same table, you'll see a guy in golf clothes, a guy in motorcycle leathers, and a cowboy all rooting for the Packers.

    What I like best about Cave Creek,is the Chapter of The Hells Angels,with Sonny Barger.I was sure you would forget this little known secret,so I thought I would remind you.AF81FA.

      Not sure why you think it's a "little known secret" since its pretty common knowledge among Creekers...but thanks for the reminder. Enjoy the channel!

    Imo Cave Creek is only quaint is the sense that Disneyland is quaint. It's built for snowbirds. Art is lacking completely. The stores mostly sell the exact same tourist products all supplied by the same manufacturer. So basically the same store duplicated a dozen times. If you buy all your clothes at Coldwater Creek then Cave Creek is made for you. I lived there for a couple months in the north part. Very pretty, rolling hills with big lots (5-10 acres) but I got very bored very fast. You have to drive a long way to go to anything other than the couple restaurants or one grocery store (when I was there 2006). And a chunk of that road had a 25 mph speed limit which was enforced. Wow that got old. When it rained the road out flooded. I left and have had no desire to go back.

      I hear what you're saying. You might be pleasantly surprised though at how things look now. Locals are actually pretty concerned about the recent growth. Lots of options for groceries now and plenty of places to eat and drink. I love it there!

      Severe wildfires.last year almost burnt the emtire town down. No emergency alert system at all. I know someone who barely made it out of.town and could've died from wildfires rampant.

    I'm thinking of buying in Galloway Ridge off of N. Schoolhouse Road. I'll need to rent it out (30 day minimum per HOA) for at least 6 months per year. Is this a rentable area for 30+ day rentals? I love the area and want to live there permanently in about 4 years but this transition house has to pay for itself right now.

      @Southwest55Plus  2 года назад

      Hi John! That area is so new that I don't know the HOA rental rules yet. I'm thinking there will be a 30 day minimum but let me double check and let you know. It would be the perfect spot for some cash flow until you move here permanently. If you can email me at esalechick@gmail.com or text 480-382-7622 I can msg you privately with all the details tomorrow. And BTW, thanks so much for watching my video!

      Update: You can have a minimum of 3 month rentals in that area. It wouldn't be hard to get really good rents there in all seasons. Let's talk soon!
