in 2013 you could have bought as many houses as wanted down here I bought one for 55 and then another one for $85 they were all over the place now those houses are $350 eachI did the same thing in Colorado in 2013 I called them winning lottery tickets
A one bedroom condo with one bathroom for $170k is too expensive I live in a condo in the Midwest that has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus a pool, huge deck, patio, finished off basement with my own washer & dryer for $150,000 go figure AZ is insanely expensive & not worth it I only have about 10 stairs but there are condos on the first floor & some with elevators that are 2 bedroom & 2 bathrooms that are less than $170k makes me appreciate the Midwest even more oh & guess what? We don't have a homeless problem like you guys either maybe because all our homes are more affordable & the jobs pay more too Arizona is overpriced no matter what city you move to there plus it's boring as hell & I'd want to move my own things in there too I don't like using someone else's furniture yuck.

A condo? Terrible. You've never lived in Arizona, I've lived in both. People are leaving blue states for red in droves for a reason
True story - to get under 200k, you gotta be in a condo or manufactured home. Here is everything in AJ for sale thats not on leased land or a condo: len.loyaltyhomesgroup.com/apache-junction-homes
Great questions - and honestly all depends on what you are looking for. A 4 bedroom home will start around the 350k range. If you are looking to spend less, there are more options in the 3 bedroom category. Here is a link to get you started: loyaltyhomesgroup.com/apache-junction-homes
Homes in AZ are ridiculous expensive!
I will continue to be a snowbird in AZ and keep my paid off home in Michigan.

@@fredtello Amen to that. They were giving the houses away in 2013. Nice job in snagging a couple!
I definitely would want a 2 bathroom even though I imagine it costs more.
@@HappyComfort they actually have some 2 beds for not much more. Let me know if you want me to keep an eye out for one

Apache Junction was always the worst place to live in until now. Crazy housing prices now make AJ look good.
Aj has some really nice new developments going in right now as well.
AJ is amazing
Depressing.
I am from El Paso, TX. I think 200K for that condo is very expensive, I am looking for a 4 bedroom house, how much is the average at AJ?
Do you have a price range you are wanting to stay in?
