I LOVED this meditation. Lilith visited me in my dreams last night and gave me a special message. She made me wake up at 2:22am. She combined Hecate, Lucifer, and herself as a special skull that was rotting but was beautiful to me. She took me into the Underworld to see this. She says I’ll always be their son. I feel chosen by all 3 of them :3 Thank you!

Start by looking up images of w.e it is you want to focus on, and use that image in your memory mind eye,focus on that sight. Use a lyric or mantra to re direct your focus. Keep practicing lil by lil
@@sweetangel5 Her and her children often appear in shadow. They are creatures of night so darkness is where they abide. Once you call her, they will watch and assist (in my experience).

i believe she does hear you... keep trying different meditation. Sometimes she doesn't reply in words.

I you can't visualize, listen and see if you hear something or feel something. Some people have different wiring for different experience.

Hi! While doing this meditation, I suddenly started crying violently. what does this mean?
I also felt that a black shadow was approaching me and watching me.
Lilith often brings strong emotions. From my perspective since she was abandoned and demonized she speaks to the parts of us that feel the same.
