Amazing place but hard to believe it is just totally abandoned like that...unbelievable...if I had the chances, I'd restore this place and live here ,you know....great job, guys.
Me and the wife are around our 50s. We both remember most of the stuff you showed here from our parents and grandparents. We love your respect for these properties and especially you put the mattress back on the bed and closed the draws. What a lovely old-school type couple you are!
Given the opportunity, and if the price was right, I would buy this beautiful house in such idyllic surroundings. It looks like it’s been empty for a few winters though, without heating, which could have disastrous consequences for the building.
Sam & Jess~ This home is absolutely beautiful 🤍 I’m living vicariously through you as you encounter these homes and explore them, how exciting this must be to just travel and seek out beautiful places regardless if haunted, abandoned or simply beautiful!!!
Sam and Jess, I really enjoying watching your videos. You show great respect for the people who have lived and loved their lives before walking away. It must have been terribly difficult for the families to just leave. I'm afraid they will find my body in the middle of all my belongings if somebody were to visit my abandoned home. I can't imagine the reasons for just walking away. Wish we had the back stories for all your explorations.
Ispend all day watching you two. I am 90% bedridden. Always loved poking around abandoned houses. In the late 50s and early 60s there were loads of them.
Every time I see these big expensive houses like this with memories and personal effects left rotting and decaying it makes me glad I grew up in a working class family. I would never disrespect my parents or grandparents by leaving everything they owned and loved to just rot away or be stolen and vandalised. Seems to be the norm for the upper classes, no respect. This was an awesome find though guys and another amazing video. Your explores are the best.👌🙏
Sam & Jess: This is by far the best abandoned home that you have ever explored on the channel. All the bit and bobs and homemade crafts were great. The furniture was also lovely. You both did a fantastic job. The red stove was in great condition. The plastered pumpkin color ceilings were a treasure. Sketchy flooring upstairs but some priceless antique furniture. Such a great explore. Thank you both so much. You R*O*C*K‼️
this has to be one of the best uk exploring channels I enjoy the laid back vibes and the time you take to look around at all the stuff keep up the good work 😎
You guys are just to cool for school! I love your videos and look forward to watching them! Ya'll are an awesome couple and that's one of the main reasons I love your vids! Keep em comin! And hello from Texas!
That place was amazing. I would definitely live there. So many beautiful things left behind. I just can't believe one of the kids or family members wouldn't have gone to the house and packed up the things. Just sitting there lost in time. So sad. I really enjoyed this video. Great job as usual Sam and Jess. Keep up the great work 🙏👍
What extraordinary lost wealth, there must be a hell of a story behind this wonderful property. Loved the sound of the rain, very emotive. I really like your sensitivity when you explore, you show such respect, most moving when you restored the boys bedroom. That Land Rover was amazing, and as a Jag lover, boy, were they two barn finds or what! Keep up the good work Sam and Jess.
I would love to know the backstory on this house. It's obvious it has been ransacked one or more times yet I'm surprised nobody took that camera. I would have loved to see it back in the day.
Can't stop watching your videos! I wonder what it would be like to take a mudlarker with you. They find pieces of historical items where you find them whole. Great explore!
Ahh this house would have been so beautiful and full of happiness and music ….. it’s such a shame the furniture is rotting away and it’s so lovely 😢 Sam and Jess I love your films you’re so respectful and sweet and it’s so interesting thank you 🥰🥰
They really are Lynne, the way they put things back in place is so respectful, look at the way they tidied that bedroom, i love Sam and Jess and have been watching them from day dot.
I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this one! The ceilings look like they're painted with butter cream frosting and all of those beautiful furnishings left behind. I'll never understand how this happens. I realize LIFE Happens, but how do you just leave so many memories to rot......it makes me so sad! Thank you for this one...and thank you for being so respectful of someone else's belongings...I love that about you guys! Stay safe! xo
You two you"ve done it again ! I am in love with this house and for once don't care about back story ( obviously I care about the people!) but I've just revelled in it especially the cobwebs ! Fab ! (Italian campaign folding stool in kitchen) The horn in the entrance way an example of Scrimshaw a bone/horn engraved by sailors and I suspect it probably had pictures as well as writing. By the way in " the olden days" we only used olive oil for earache and medicinal uses not cookery !!!! And you wont be surprised the old girl had one of those beautiful little wooden tricycles . I have a photo of my dinky little self looking all cute sitting on it . I was about 3 yrs old ! 🧓x
This was a really lovely old house!! Once upon a time it must have been amazing. I’d love to have seen what it looked like back in its prime! Thanks for sharing this investigation of this charming old house with us. Great job guys!!!
I had a trike like that. Wonderful home what a waste. Urbex and cobwebs are cool. The seat is made from livestock hay feeder. The radio in boys room is a reproduction. The rain is wonderful 🐟
What a fabulous house with so many treasures left behind just as if they were returning. I do hope someone is going to try to renovate - it has so much potential. I also really pray all those vehicles are safely secured. Would love to know the history behind this. I love your compassion and your photography on this is just ace 👍❤️
The respect these guys have for these forgotten treasures and the contents of them like that £5 coin you know they left it there when they went home 2 honest genuine people
I’ve been watching RUclips for a long time but on my smart TV. So I thought I would finally go to my tablet so I could like and subscribe. I really enjoy your channel. I think that Sam has a really great voice. I think he could get a lot of work on announcing.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE you guys!!!! I'm in sunny, and seriously HOT California. I have always wanted to go to Scotland and explore....EVERYWHERE there! If I ever make it there, you guys need to take me somewhere as cool as this place!!! Love ya lots, Samandjess!!!!
Another top class explore there. The usual respect for the people who once lived there. This is an idyllic time warp location. I think I might have seen this location before from another Explorer.I think the back story went that the most recent owner of this property passed away. Someone commented that this location is now under surveillance . It’s a sin that all these lovely finds have been left like this. The old Land Rover camper is awesome. I would have her in a minute, she is such a beauty , which deserves to be restored. I believe that she was to be made roadworthy, but the owner never got around to doing the necessary work, such a shame. That came from a reply I got from a viewer who could remember having holidays in the very same vehicle. Keep up these great videos Sam and Jess, they make for great viewing .
Hi Sam and Jess I so love you channel and the way you pay attention to detail...respectful. empathic and informative .....lovely people too ...Blessed Be xx🌻🦋.....this house is amazing keep on exploring x
I spent Xmas here in 1993 it was my friend from boarding schools family home, sad to see it like that it was so full of life a happy family home 🏠 once
It's all the little touches of kindness that You two put into these Explores, Sam&Jess!...TY for this one!...Such a shame that Piano is rotting away...Take Very Good Care!...🌹😊
You two find the most amazing places to explore! I'd love to live in a place like that and you can only imagine what it was like before it was abandoned. The second caravan you explored looked to be in amazingly good condition and the Jaguars wow! It's been many years since I saw a dune buggy, lol.
The negatives you found were in fact slides. My uncle only ever had his photos turned into slides and we would have many evening watching slideshows on a projector. When he died we had to dispose off over 3000 slides as nobody wanted them as they were classed as “old fashioned” So sad. Another great video and just as respectful as ever ❤️💙
You make me share your enthusiasm going to these abandoned places. Awesome house i love the stonework. Thank you for capturing the essence of this home it has a nice vibe about it. The big fireplace was cool, my late dad smoked player's cigarettes probably the reason he died so young "54".lovely mini bookcase and book's, the bread oven was special and unique. He must have been elderly as there's handles in the bathroom and wall's for getting about. I'd love to live there, the living room was quirky. Great explore guy's cheers. Xxx S AND J ❤️💙😊
This house has one of the nicest period bathrooms I’ve ever seen at any house video I’ve ever seen! This tiles around the 🛁 bath tub and at the back of the sink really really added a great touch and it goes nicely with that fantastic bedroom adjacent to the bathroom. Such a lovely house!!

Love videos. You’ll are kind to the people and respect the they deserve to be, and you do the same for their home. I also glad you didn’t have loud music in the back ground. I do wish you’ll would ware masks and gloves because of all the mold. Please do better, I want see you’ll around and healthy for along time. Hello from a very wet Ohio USA. See you in the next video.
So many cool knick knacks and belongings, it's sad to see such a cool place just be left to rot, like many others. Love you two, keep up the great work!
Hi Sam and jess location is beautiful,I always find it amazing just how meny abandoned buildings there, and just like your previous videos, l am never disappointed just seem to get better every time. This house has so much to see with loads of interesting things left,it's sad to see the decaying state of the house and contents also decaying away great explor and video thanks for sharing 👍
Sam and Jess! Always good to see you two doing your thing and doing it right! I would LOVE to live in a place like that! By the way Jess, that bracelet you are wearing is so cool! Brass? Copper? Silver? Looks good on you girl!
Exellent explore guys so much nice stuff left to. I hope family or friends can get this property securely locked up before the wrong type of people ransack and trash this place. Thank you Sam and Jess for taking us along with you guys.
I loved everything about this explore. Everything that is with the exception of the 2nd floor, floor. I would gather from all we saw that there was a full and happy life lived there. Thanks for sharing. 💗
Oh my word!! I don’t consider myself a jealous person but I am so totally envious of that house. Stone house, beam ceilings ❤️. I’m in love. Sure you can’t buy it to fix up? 🇨🇦❤️. Thanks for the wonderful tour.
Jess saying trouser snake I've not stopped laughing :) What a great place though! so envious of you both all I can do is watch but would love to do what you get to do guys! xx
Incredible old cottage Timepiece ❤ obviously was a great home to the ' Purchase' family 👪 and the Cars 🚗 Wow ! And that 2nd Caravan was in excellent condition too ! Great vlog 👍
Couldn't make it to the premiere again, but enjoyed this amazing video a day later. WHAT a beautiful house! I hope, it gets saved and renovated by someone! I love how every room was painted in a different color (I do that, too. lol), and all the furniture is so stunning. All the nickknacks and decorations, too. It must have been such a lovely home once! *.* On another note: I even love the snippets of drive through the countryside you sometimes film on your way to these abandos. You live in such a beautiful country; I'd even watch happily, if you just uploaded hiking videos! ♥ Stay safe!
I too would love to know the backstory on this house wow. And you guys are gonna have to move over cause I’m moving in too! I absolutely love this place with all its little bits and bobs is the key in there really bad what an incredible time Capsule!!! So many wonderful treasures. It’s so sad that they’re not saving it. What a piece of history. Thank you guys!
Absolutely amazing home & property! Loved all of the vehicles! Looked fairly new & modern! Pristine shape!!! The house would have been pristine as well, if vandals hadn’t ransacked the property 😞 Karma will not be kind to individuals who destroy other people’s property 🙏 Such priceless items in this home👍 Why aren’t the children interested in the personal property??? Before we visited the 2nd floor & saw the deterioration, I was going to tell you & Jess to research, find out the status of the property & if it’s for sale or auction & bid on it! You could move in, clean, clean, clean, sort, sort, sort & either sell, give or throw away what you don’t want, fix it up at your own pace & you would have a lovely, cozy home👍 I’m always looking out for the 2 of you👍 You make such a beautiful, sweet couple ❤️ Thank you Sam & Jess for sharing this wonderful adventure with us! I loved it ❤️❤️
This place must have been spectacular when it was lived in..Everything speaks money all around and lots of it .I am afraid it may have been a family tragedy .Because I cannot see why the house was not sold or any of the luxury items ..I could be wrong but it does seem odd .loved the tour of the house and of course the bus and caravan.I have long lost the interest in cars lol but I do think it’s a shame two beautiful Jaguars are sitting in there ..by the way the strange looking stool / chair in the kitchen with the curved shape is called a campaign chair. Officers used to take them when they would go out on campaigns or to war because these usually folded down fairly flat and could be packed easily so made them easy to transport .It gave the Officer more comfort than just sitting on the floor or cut up chunks of wood. Some also had backs on them too ..Thank you for the adventure..Love n Light 🥰
I watch the Bros of decay. And they tidy up rooms as well. It's so heartwarming to see. Thank you for doing that ❣️🙏
We also do that. I put the cushions back on the sofa and ornaments back on the shelves of a house me and my wife explored over the weekend
Amazing place but hard to believe it is just totally abandoned like that...unbelievable...if I had the chances, I'd restore this place and live here ,you know....great job, guys.
I’m floored. 😮 All the beautiful furniture and architecture just left to decay. At least you two are there to document what beauty remains 🥺💗
Me and the wife are around our 50s. We both remember most of the stuff you showed here from our parents and grandparents. We love your respect for these properties and especially you put the mattress back on the bed and closed the draws. What a lovely old-school type couple you are!
Hi I think you both work well together, and you are both very respectful for other people's homes etc...XX
Given the opportunity, and if the price was right, I would buy this beautiful house in such idyllic surroundings.

Wow! Just wow. I love that music so much too. I think these people were kind of hip. They def loved the Arts. 🙋♀️💜🌿

Oh don't worry since this video was posted people will be seeking the place out to rob it. They both know this but don't care.
Can't stop watching your videos! I wonder what it would be like to take a mudlarker with you. They find pieces of historical items where you find them whole. Great explore!
Awww, love you both so much! Great broadcasting voice also, Sam...Thank you both for doing what you do for us!
This has got to be one of the best explores I've seen so far. What an incredible property, & your filming is incredible. Thanks guys 🤩
I hope this CHANNEL really taks off i enjoy watching on Karls CHANNEL
I believe this is the best one I have seen so far. It really pulled at me..........almost made me cry.
The best exploration I’ve ever seen! I can’t explain it, but I kept expecting a young Robert Plant to be sitting in one of the rooms. Weird!
Ahh this house would have been so beautiful and full of happiness and music ….. it’s such a shame the furniture is rotting away and it’s so lovely 😢 Sam and Jess I love your films you’re so respectful and sweet and it’s so interesting thank you 🥰🥰
I’ll bet those Jaguars wouldn’t take much to get running again, great explore that was. And the static caravan was lovely. 👍👍
Sams trouser snake 😂. Great video. The land rover motor home must be rare, I’ve never seen one before
Such a great house. You are both so respectful of everything. I really enjoyed it.

Beautiful home. Obvious wealth. I was surprised there were so many bedrooms and a large kitchen. I hope it does get saved. 🙂✌🏼
My son had the stars all over his bed room back in the day. Now he's 43 and he still has them in his house for his kids.

I loved all the crystals in the ironwork fence. One more comment on the house. The energy seemed filled with love and had good energy
Wow, this house is gorgeous
That was a rare treat that would interest anyone but that bathroom! Simply awesome. Thank-you Sam and Jess 🥰

I LOVE ALL THE BEAMS AND ARCHITECTURE, THE HISTORY....JUST GORGEOUS! 🤗♥️
I love listening to rain .....if I was there I would roll a bang and chill
The negatives you found were in fact slides. My uncle only ever had his photos turned into slides and we would have many evening watching slideshows on a projector. When he died we had to dispose off over 3000 slides as nobody wanted them as they were classed as “old fashioned” So sad.
Another great video and just as respectful as ever ❤️💙

This house has one of the nicest period bathrooms I’ve ever seen at any house video I’ve ever seen! This tiles around the 🛁 bath tub and at the back of the sink really really added a great touch and it goes nicely with that fantastic bedroom adjacent to the bathroom.

I got strange vibes too - like the entire family had died or just mysteriously disappeared. It just had a sense of loss to it.
Love your stuff. Thanks again.
Well done guys and thanks for showing us all 😌.
