36:00 Did OP 10 really break BL2 that hard? Because I remember like half the purples of BL2 being really solid not even mentioning legendaries and uniques. Like The plain ol plasma casters were collectively my favorite weapons of the series. Yes even the jank bandit ones.
Pretty much, yeah. lvl 72 OP8 was already pretty bad for build diversity for a majority of characters, but like you said, there was definitely still a bit here and there and each character had their meta and a subsect of off-meta options. Though still pretty restrictive overall, there was still wiggle room. OP10 busted down the door and told whatever build diversity left to fuck off along with the 80 cap meaning there was very little change between skill trees for a lot of the VH's builds as well. Endgame of BL2 has always been pretty meh at best, but after FFS it really went down the drain.
Are you sure you farmed correct boss? In the mod description it says that Carnage drops from General Traunt (Nekrotofeyo one)
