I did not use visibility tags. If I turn on the custom button, all the canvases change.
I can't find settings tab ,it's only show timeline and visibility , and I already purchased creator subscription,

I tried to make this drawing, in your app, but since I only have the mouse and the computer, I couldn't even draw and I really wanted to be able to make this drawing effect, is there another way I can do it?

HOW did you do the transition at 4.26/4:27, there ist one moving layer and a stable one. I can‘t find how to do this. or did you use an external app outside MC?
I've got a question. I downloaded the app for my iPad, but does the app just draw with the pen or can I also work with fingers? I never used an apple pen for my digital works and I would be happy if that's also the case here because right now isn't the app responding to my touch. I would be happy if I get a respond soon 🙏
An Apple Pencil is required for use. This is a key part of the user experience because the software uses touch input to navigate in the space and pen input for drawing. You can learn more about the hardware requirements and recommendations on the FAQ page mentalcanvas.com/faq
Very unfortunate that this is only available for the canvas and not the individual layers inside.
Hi, i'm trying to use mental canvas on my PC with wacom bamboo, but i can't zoom in or out, how can I do that in the windows version? thanks!
Try using alt key + a pen gesture. Let us know if you continue to have any issues
@@MentalCanvas Just to confirm, you're saying there's no way to use this product without having a pen as the zoom is effectively disabled?

Hey, I just tested the app and found it amazinggg. But why can't I hide my layers and I can't animate in it. is it only available for paid version?
No this is not limited to the paid version. Have you fully expanded the layers & panels bars to see all of the tools?

The 2 drawing pens that I have aren’t working for this app. What brand does it have to be in order for it to work? Please assist me.
What device and pens are you using? Please note, an "active pen" is necessary because it is used to differentiate touch and drawing input. Some pens will not work if they are "passive" because they simulate touch from a finger which is used to navigate in the system, whereas an "active" pen like the Apple Pencil is used for drawing in the system.

It's available on iOS & Windows. It's not available on Android -- we are considering Android for future development but it's a significant engineering effort and we're a small team so it will not be available in the immediate future.

Hello is it for apple pencil only? It cant read my universal pen. I cant draw and just movinng the canvas. How will i fix it?
Yes it's designed for the Apple Pencil only. This is because the Apple Pencil is an "active stylus" so the software can recognize it as the drawing input. Other pens are "passive" so they simulate touch input.

Uhm I have a question... Why is the Microsoft Windows version like waaaaaaaay worse? It doesn't even have an erase tool. Pls answer this question cause I haven't been able to find anything about it. It would be much appreciated if u guys atleast add an erase tool. Other than that I think I'll be fine. But just saying, the iOS version seems better and I'm in no position to just buy an iPad.
The Windows version does not lack any features in comparison to iOS and there is an eraser: typically with Windows pens, the eraser is on the opposite side of the stylus (like a pencil) or it’s a button on the side of the pen. If your pen does not have an eraser you can use the “E” key to toggle between drawing & erasing. You can always email us at support@mentalcanvas.com if you have questions.
