We transplanted the hairline and front half in the first surgery. He was NW6 before the surgery with a limited donor area. Nevertheless, it was possible for us to give him a nice density with a natural look. Hair Transplant is mathematics and needs to be planned very carefully.
You have to understand that the hairline and front half on an NW5-7 are always prioritized because a nicely designed hairline will frame your face and change your look dramatically in a positive way.
The aging on man starts from the hair and goes down to eyes, face etc.
But remember, a hair transplant will not stop your hairloss. So do your research and understand how to control your hairloss before undergoing a hair transplant.
Appreciate the quality of your work and also your comments in the description reminding men that a hair transplant does not stop the balding process. They need to go on finasteride (propecia) to stop the balding process or plan for further transplants as the balding process continues.

@@yunusk7142 no beard grafts, I have read beard hair and light blonde hair, color doesn't match, so it's not an option at first glance.
How long did you wait from initial contact with the clinic to your appointment (procedure) ?

Dmitriy Tarasov... I had a failed FUE in HLC which resulted in zero growth on the recipient area.
Fortunately, they did not overharvest the donor. They took 3500 follicular units and the extraction was pretty evenly spread out (above each ears, back of the head etc...)

He looks like he still has some scalp donor grafts available without getting into overharvesting the area itself. But the crown is the 'black hole' of the scalp when it comes to hair transplants. It takes a lot of replacement grafts to create a good illusion of density in the area. He could use a combo of scalp donor and more beard grafts to fill the area out but he likely won't be able to completely fill the area in. Great looking result, though. Shows people that higher levels of baldness can be treated effectively with scalp and beard donor hair.

Man I don't understand how people have so much neck beard. I have a full beard but it's only on the cheeks, chin, moustache and under chin, where it is supposed to be I guess... But sucks for BHT. I don't know if all of these people used minoxidil on their neck.

Does hair grow on the Crown area as well after the transplant or is it only successful at the frontal area?
He will need to go back and have a 2nd transplant for the crown, but yes it works in the area to

This patient had 5015 grafts? Yet this is copied from your website: "Serious hair transplant clinics would not offer you 5000 Grafts over one day! Please do not believe in this kind of offers and do your research, since you have only one head and the most important point is that your donor area is limited ! Even Dr.Woods, the father of FUE, who is practicing FUE since the beginning, does only transplanting about maximum 1500 grafts/day."
Man, they don't do this in one day, you will be likely 3 or 4 days in the clinic for something like this.
Had 1600 at day 1 and 900 at day 2.
