Workout Hotel Same to you, Karen! :) I might seem overexcited but never ever I thought barre and pilates would inspire me again- have been doing them for years, with good results, but long hours and same more or less exercises and got really bored. and then I ran into your videos! fast, advanced,innovative and effective-I'm literally on fire LOL and tell all my friends about you,you are the best!
Hi Karen, PJ is a master STOTT PILATES instructor whom I studied under here in Massachusetts . She has done a lot of videos and such with Moira Stott from Canada. I thought that maybe you had studied under her too. Your cueing is just like PJ o'clair. My comment was not an insult.

hahah Samantha! You sure will. After a few sessions you will feel stronger each time. Keep it up and tune in every Saturday for a new workout!
