A day in the life of an endo patient.

I documented parts of my day, of course I wasn't able to show everything I did. But this gives an impression.
I'm in pain all day every day, but it's my normal so I got used to it. I try to get through the day as smoothly as possible, watching my pain and energy levels. And today was a good day! I got to go outside and I got to prepare a meal and I was up for 6,5 hours. Which is a long day these days.
