My galaxy A71 in India had not received any updates after aug2021 ,even though Nov updates had rolled out ,why is that???

Bro i have note 9 , bought it last year in august and since then i haven't recieved any update at all..Last one is july security pack 2019 with android 9. Should i try the same method or ? Btw android 10 it is available in my country for note 9, but mine is... i don't know some how stuck...

So essentially you really have to just reset your phone off the OTA update won't appear, or your phone keeps saying software is up to date?

I think he's saying if you live in the same country as your phone's CSC country, then ensure that the regional sims are in the phone for a while then factory reset. According to his logic, this will force the phone to get an update as long as an update had been released for the the said phone line up.
Problem is, not everyone can have that.

The easiest solution to this is looking for the cp file from your firmware and flashing it under AP slot in Odin, and voila it's solved.
