Thank you so much for this. My usb wasn't connecting and cricut maker site told me to call customer service if had trouble connecting to my bluetooth to windows 11. I found your video and was able to follow your easy instructions and connected to my bluetooth. Ty ty.
Thank you for sharing your tutorial on Cricut and Windows 11. I had actually just changed that setting you showed to advances yesterday thinking it may help. I have been using my machines, Cricut Joy & Cricut maker 3 for several months I have been using my new laptop with windows 11, via Bluetooth without issue. Then a few weeks ago, I had to use the USB cable for my maker, Bluetooth quit working. I cannot even connect my joy as it is only Bluetooth. When I try to add Bluetooth devise, the Cricut Joy is discovered and connected but within 30 seconds shows “not connected”. It is doing the same thing with Cricut Maker 3, it connects and then says “not connected”. Both however work with my older windows 10 laptop without issue. (tried again yesterday & worked) However due to visual issues, my bigger screen on windows 11 is easier for me to use. What would cause this to happen?? Also in more Bluetooth settings, Discovery, where it has allow devices to find this find this PC, it is check, but under it has a yellow warning triangle & “says Bluetooth devices will see the name of this PC, so maybe something is wrong there. Thank you for any assistance I can get. Apologies for long comment.!!
Cricut Help page should simply link to your video. Even together with my IT savvy hubby I could not figure out what on earth to do even with their description. Thanks to your video it really was no big task anymore. Thanks so much!

Hello. This looks a very easy solution, except for me. Should this solution work with a Cricut Explore Air 2, or is there another procedure for Explore Air 2?
hello, thank you so much for sharing this video - this worked for me the first time, but I have since tried to use the Cricut again and it is now not discoverable even wish the setting switched to advanced - do you know why this might be?

I'm using windows 11 and i have Cricut Explore 3 and this kinda helped... now it appears on bluetooth but only connects for 2 seconds and then appears as not connected
I did what you recommended, changed setting to advanced. Then Maker-3 showed up. Now it is listed under "other devices" in windows 11, but is says "not connected." How do you fix that part? The only option under the three dots is remove device. I don't see an option to try to reconnect. If it was discoverable then why isn't it connected? Thanks
Thank you so much. I tried for hours until this . Literally 2 seconds and I'm connected. Thank you again.
