Nuts & Bolts isn't even that bad of a game is the funny thing, It's just not a Banjo Kazooie game. If it was kept separate from the franchise, or at least a spin-off title it would have been so much better
@@Bubbly_Dragon Isn't the title Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts already a spin-off name like Banjo Kazooie Grunty's Revenge and Banjo's Pilot? If it was a direct main game sequel it probably wouldve been called Banjo Threeie.
Haven't seen anyone do this yet, so what the heck: 0:00 - Grunty's Lair (Regular theme) 1:27 - Treasure Trove Cove 2:07 - Mumbo's Mountain 2:58 - Freezeezy Peak 3:58 - Clanker's Cavern 4:42 - Grunty's Furnace Fun Great cover! Keep up the good work!
This was phenomenal. It was damn good, then you went and covered all the specific level versions of the lair theme and it became incredible. 10/10 will sub.
This utilization of the different level-specific variants is what takes this cover to the next level. This guy is incredibly talented and I am pleased to be a subscriber of his. Totally agree. As one fan to antoher, I'm glad to see you subscribing to him.
Not only am I in awe of your ability, and not only does this rendition of the theme give me huge member berries, but my 8 month old son, who has never heard of a "Banjo Kazooie", is enthralled by the music in this video. I have played it for his entertainment tens of times by now. He loves it! (...I love it too) Fantastic work, man. Edit: My son is now a year old. As I write this addendum, I lie in bed with my dear boy, I have this video playing on the television, and life is good. This song seems to help him go to relax and, ultimately, fall asleep! It has been a great help in my fatherhood journey. One day I will introduce him to Banjo Kazooie properly. Until then, this rendition will play, play, and play!
This is meant to be an honest question: I don't understand, why does Kirkhope gets so much praise? From my perspective, his style of creating 1-5 themes and then doing all of these variations fits the gameplay really really well, and the compositions are nice, but to me it feels like he can only do 1 song, I can't even tell the difference between the DK64, BK and BT soundtracks, and then when it comes to Goldeneye which does sound different, well the songs within Goldeye follow these formulas. So what am I missing? to me it feels he's a limited composer that's used very well, but legendary? I think a lot more video game composers have much more range
What really amazed me as a kid who grew up with NES and Genesis, is that when the N64 came out, games like SM64 & Banjo Kazooie changed the music depending on where you went but had the same time, just like how you captured it in this video. Are you in Grundy's Lair going toward the snow level? You get a 'taste' of that levels music before entering it. Same with all of the levels, it astonished me how the developers did that.
I don't remember it doing that in SM64, like the most you got was the endless stairway if you didn't have 70 stars (80 stars if playing the DS version), but that's it.
When i realized you were adding the level variations it blew my mind. What a great job taking a song that could be monotonous and making it something special
Oh boy! Lord Fart is back! :D I wasn't expecting you covering all the other versions of the song. You're one of the few ones that did this on RUclips. Absolutely marvelous! The Mumbo's Mountain part was amazing. I wasn't expeting that rock. XD

Woah, simply great cover!! I love how the instruments actually sound as being played inside a cave (like the lair). It must take a lot of work to get the camera shots right and the music sounding amazing. Thanks for making this! I wish it would never end!
Grunty's Lair is such an excellent tune that I love hearing covered but I especially love it when artists go out of their way to include the different iterations ❤️
