You are such a lovely ,gracious lady ! I appreciate how you teach without putting anyone down, but highlight the positive and beneficial things we can do to better our confidence and up our game .. Schellea .. most women would just take their beauty and run with it .. but you are dear hearted and share encouragement and tips with us, that inspires and encourages us to join in and feel beautiful as we can in ourselves .. That is LOVELY 🌹🌹🌹
I'm a woman of color and have been using the eyebrow shaper for several years to remove unwanted facial hair... it works wonders. I don't wear makeup though bc I find that (for me) it ages my skin so much faster. Some young girls who are 19 tend to look 25 after just a few years of makeup use, and that's ok until you reach 35 and look 40 something. My 23 yr old daughter began to have very fine lines around the eyes, but she finally stopped wearing the foundations, and it literally took yrs off of her face.. no more fine lines
I had to stop waxing due to using Retin A - but shaving, ugh. No matter what you use, you are supposed to go in the direction of the hair, which doesn’t work as well as going against the growth...but against the growth is more likely to cause ingrown hair/ irritation. So I bought this little elegant round headed electric razor called Finishing Touch Flawless. Works perfectly
As a MUA I highly recommend MAC strobe cream in pinklite or peachlite. Use it on top of the cheeks and down the nose, on top of the eyebrows and you will look amazing.
Love your videos! A couple of random items. 1) I have fair skin and I absolutely have to wax my eyebrow and upper lip area. The hairs in that area are jet black - my natural hair color (on my head) is reddish brown. I could probably get away with using the blades for the beach fuzz but definitely not around my eyebrow or upper lip area. 2) I just ordered the Charlotte Tilbury product. Waiting for it to arrive. I’ve never heard about adding it after - I’ll definitely try that out. 3) I’m having a heck of a time with foundations. It seems like no matter what I use, it’s either ends up looking two cakey on my skin OR it’s not providing enough coverage. I swear I’ve spent more on various foundations this year than on all other products combined!
Hi Kristina Frazier-Henry! Have you tried the RMCA foundation yet? It is amazing and very skin like with a good coverage...Kroylan have another stick foundation with a heavier coverage and it is lovely too...Both these brands are used by professional makeup artists and they have access to all the other foundations...Worth a try...Have a great day 💕
Hi Sheree, I have been loving your channel & I’m so grateful for your help. I have purchased some of the products you have recommended & I’m really enjoying looking after my skin. What I want to know is with the RCMA makeup, I do love it however I notice it doesn’t last with me. I know they recommend the clear powder to set it but I’m concerned that the powder will sit in the wrinkles. What do you recommend to ensure it lasts?
Thank you for your tips and your budget friendly ones as well. The main product I have been using for about 15 years is Paula's Choice 2% liquid BHA. I am 69 I get compliments on my skin. I think it adds radiance. In the winter I think a humidifier also helps dry skin.
I love the face masks from Korea and also use the tinted moisturiser from Sephora. It melts into the skin yet provides good coverage. Thanks for the tips S! xx
It's perfect, thank you for all of this excellent advice as always. The *only* thing I'd add is the importance of being well-hydrated with water from within. ;)
💌 My fav beauty tip is the bakjng soda cleanser. I must say I had not heard of mixing 1 teaspoon in with your cleanser. I DIY by mixing 3/1 baking soda and a teaspoon of purified water to creste a paste Or make it thinner for cleansing or thicker to make a mask then I keep it on for 10 minutes and it is refreshing. 💕I have been doing lots of new beauty tips after reading your e-book. Thanks for sharing. Your simply the best!
I've switched to vegan, all natural and palm oil free makeup like Elate and Dirty Hippie. Would love it if you did a video on cruelty-free natural makeup!
Hello, my gorgeous friend. All of these tips are essential for makeup over 50. I love wax-based makeup and serum type foundations. They deserve a lot more hype than they get! You look amazing as always Shellea!
Hello schellea!i wanted to ask you a question when you use your charlotte tilbury Flawless filter which is a beautiful effect is it simular to the clinique chubby stick?and do you use highlighter as well as the charlotte tilbury or Just that.thankyou !!!i Just love following all your tips that for me has been a real game changer !!!
These are great tips, I need a quick and easy version, I deal with severe pain and fatigue, I use up so much energy doing things, I usually have to choose what I can do so I can function after getting ready. By the time I get showered and dressed I’m worn out and pain hits a high 7, hair brings it up to an 8 and makeup can push me up to 9&10. Then I have to act ok while I’m out, I tend to stay home these days.
I hope you dont mind me giving some feedback. I love your channel and think its a great platform to share things. Everyone knows what's best for their skin and oy give some great tips! . Please be careful with any type of scrub, it can scar with long term use, AHA exfoliation could be less likely to scar. Always, always use SPF everyday when exfoliating. x
I start the day with a video of You and it makes me happy 😀, You are so positive and sweet and keep Up the good spirit for us women in our 50s that our life isn’t over yet😅
Hi Shirley Lewis...I don't rely on SPF in my foundation because it is not strong enough for us here in Australia...I apply under my foundation first 🙂there is also a great invisible zinc based powder called Sunforgettable which adds another layer of protection
LOL I love the tinkle, I have just started using these blades in the last few months, I love it, I will then go and clean, exfoliate after. I love to find the hairs.
a wealth of information I am so happy I found your videos. I have been using your tips & WOW what an improvement. everyone stops me to say I look great! Thanks
Hi thanks for all your tutorials you are a delight to watch and appreciate your work n and how you make it fun to watch . I was hoping you could do something on sun spots and pigmentations as it’s so frustrating to get rid of it so using makeup to cover up my face all the time . I hope you can one day . Big ty lovely lady 🙏🏽😊💜
My important tip is hydration. I use Embryolisse that you mentioned in a previous video and I just love it. I love its multi usage i.e. hydration and primer. I saw make up artists using it.
I use hair trimming machine to trim to remove the visible hair from my arms. It doesn't shave the hair but it's removing the hair from the skin up. This way the hair does not grow back with blunt ends that can be very painful after it grows back, it looks like no shaving was done as one or two millimeters are still visible but looks so natural and the hair will take so much longer to grow. No chemical pealing, shaving or waxing gave such wonderful and and long lasting results.
Almost died laughing when you brought out the hair remover “Tinkle” as being 59, Mom of 3, Grandmother of 8 tinkle is what happens when I sneeze..........
I cannot find the RCMA palette in the states. Very frustrating. MAC make up sells something similar in look but the ingredients differ extremely. Do you have anything else that would be as fabulous or a retailer? You look devine.
I’ve found using factor 30 sunscreen as a primer / moisturiser gives me a luminous base .. seriously worth a try guys .. Malibu .. a cheaper screen seems the nicest 🤷♀️. How come you look about 30 😬 .. you are stunning 💖
I’m watching this channel more and more often, it’s so fabulous! Thanks Schellea for all your great work and info on here! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💋 I have a small 10x already stuck to my full length mirror where I do my make up, and a 15x compact mirror. I always use primer and blur cream 😀

Dr Gray, top American dermatologist, says never put baking soda on your face. The best tip anyone can do for their skin whatever age is to wear sunscreen every day!
Thank you so much! I will order much of what you presented. Love your earrings ~ any links for these? Thank you for helping me save a bit of $$. Enough so that I can order a short sleeve and long sleeve t-shirt! You are so soft spoken and friendly!
I have been bleaching and plucking mustache hairs for years and it is getting out of hand. They grow back in thicker and darker after every pluck. The tinkle gadget... it will not cause hair to come in darker or thicker? I do not understand how that can be. How long have you been using this?
Hi Gruen Jill! I have been using it for over 2 years and my hair is still very blond. I suggest you try a trial area and gauge your results. Thanks so much for watching...Have a great day 💕
'Less is more' is my make up beauty tip. Which to me is like the Coco Chanel quote, 'Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take at least one thing off'.
Ho lovely. Thanks for a wonderful tutorial. Great tips. I use the Mac prep and prime, but I’m curious about the Nyx primer now. Through the day, I get a lovely glowy complexion by using invisible tinted zinc which is only $17 at Coles. I combine light and medium and it gives a beautiful healthy glow and is 50 plus, I then use either Too Faced peach blush or Elf creme blush which I love putting on with my fingers for a beautiful natural glow. I use my fingers to apply eye shadow too, even though I have Zoeva brushes. I also prefer the eco brushes from Coles for my under eye shadow, which I dab under water. These ideas work a treat for my dry skin. For mascara, I absolutely swear by Kevyn Aucoin full volume mascara, and Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara for night time. Thanks again Schellea. I feel we are kindred spirits , sister. Sending you sunshine from Qld xxx🙏🌞🌺🥂
I loved reading about your favourites Tracey Higgins! Thanks for letting us know ❤️I must try Kevin Aucoin again, you're the second person to recommend this week ❤
fabulous50s it really is amazing. The brush looks very basic, but allows you to get in close without putting mascara all over the place and is beautiful and natural looking with no clumps or flaking ♥️
Perfect, have not had a notification in a long time. Stumbled on to you i am subscribed. UK no clue. Exercise i can't do. I have some i do from my physio i have Multiple sclerosis. I will always take care of my skin everywhere. Brilliant tips. Thankyou Ange xxx❤💕💝

I enjoy your videos. Your postivity helps me when I get down with my chemo therapy. So thank you. In the last video you were trying something new from research that you did. How is that going? Sorry I cant remember better details. lol
Im happy you enjoyed the video Mary Grise and Im so sorry that you are going through chemo! Im sending you a giant hug ❤️I am testing a few supplements, one of them is MNM...I donut know enough yet to report...so it will take a bit more time to test results...I will keep you posted xx
You are such an incredible source of knowledge!! Love the suggestions of face massage and exfoliating. You are so right, if your skin looks good and is healthy, your makeup will look better And I love to Tinkle! I use the same blades and it makes a huge difference Way better than the expensive ldeemaplane machine I used to use Loved this video 💕
Another excellent video..... my question is : when do you put the primer ? After the sun protection cream ? I feel there are a lot of products to use ....
Baking soda mixed with coconut oil is a great exfoliator. Cutting the hair on the face only makes it worse. I have been using the Braun Silk-e'pil for 20 yrs on my face and legs. This removes the hair, therefore the hair gets thinner and finer and grows slower over time. I only have to do my legs 2- 3 times per year now.
@Maggie J. 2 parts coconut oil to 1 part baking soda. When you mix it, put it in a small pan and melt it, then mix B Soda into it then put in a covered container. Will keep for a long time. The coconut will melt in your hands when you rub you hands together.
Thanks for your comment michellespear68! I think fuzzy hair on the forearms is totally ok to leave right where it is...they just make you glisten a little more when your in the sun... Try a small patch though and see how you go...Im sending you a big hug 🤗❤️

I use a non coated aspirin and add a few drops of water to create an exfoliating liquid. Works well for a whole bottle of aspirin for 99cents.
Thanks for the tip doowopshopgal! Have a fabulous day 🌸
For me, blush is a must. We lose color in our skin as we age and blush makes it come back to life!

Great tips!! Thank you for sharing.

@Maggie J.
2 parts coconut oil to 1 part baking soda. When you mix it, put it in a small pan and melt it, then mix B Soda into it then put in a covered container. Will keep for a long time.
The coconut will melt in your hands when you rub you hands together.
Hi Gail Johnston! Thanks for your tips...Have a great day 💕

can you do one on contoring please? to hide jowls.
I'm a huge fan,,you really have helped me ,,my question is can I tinkle on my forearms ,,I notice the furry hair in the sunshine
Thanks for your comment michellespear68! I think fuzzy hair on the forearms is totally ok to leave right where it is...they just make you glisten a little more when your in the sun... Try a small patch though and see how you go...Im sending you a big hug 🤗❤️
