What made you choose graphite? It’s quite a nice color
I wanted a dark color, but wanted a change from my previous black. I fell in love with the Dark Graphite so ordered it with a Mocha vernasca leather interior.
It's the first vehicle with that color combo the dealer had seen. Everyone loves it! 👍

Won’t void the warranty bmw has to prove coding caused the damage as long as you stay out of expert mode you’re fine
I have vgate obd and it doesn’t support the g30 which obd can I use to code everything for this

how much did you pay for the adapter, it says 32 on amazon. Do you recommend that or should I get a different one? I have a g30

I recommend the EXC WiFi adapter shown in this video! It’s 10x faster and much efficient than the Veepeak
How is your ambient light that bright ? My x3 30e is way dimmer, even though every brightness setting is on max.

Just got Bimmercode for my X3M. Like in your video, I only see that you can select 1 ambient color. But I see guys in the X3M group customizing both the top and bottom LED strip on the door. They're using Bimmercode as well. So for example, Blue on top and Red on the bottom. Did you figure this out?
I am not willing to go as far as they did, but yes you can code two colors at once if you are skilled with expert mode and the right codes

Hi Ramone great video. X3 20i LCI 2022 Brooklyn Grey. Based in UK and loving it so far. Re the brightness of the ambient lighting even though it’s at max brightness during the day, the ambient lighting is barely visible. What about yours? I know in the video you are in a garage, can you see the ambient lighting much in daylight? Is there any way of making it brighter? Thanks
Unfortunately that would probably require some expert coding which I’m scared to venture into

I cant seem to find the control units section, the only thing close to ambient lighting is in the Front Electronic Module, and I can’t change the color
Body Domain controller it’s one of the main sections in BimmerCode. What obd adapter and bmw model is it ?

Are there any other OBD scanners that are compatible with the Body Domain ambient light function? I see the one you used is $80 on amazon, is there anything cheaper than that?
i doubt theres any cheaper ones that can access it and also it depends on the year and model bmw. most new ones are limited to what we can access

I drive the 2022 BMW X3 30i, nearly identical to your one (you saw it, I texted you on Instagram :) ). The only difference are the rims, which in my car are M-double spokes 699 in Jet Black.
Oh yeahhhh I do remember! Maybe I’ll try some different wheels soon! We have such a mature spec I love it
