This is the Ferrari F12tdf, a faster, lighter and more powerful special edition of the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta.
Ferrari says the car has been created in homage to the legendary Tour de France road races, which it dominated in the 1950s and 1960s with the likes of the 1956 250 GT Berlinetta.
The F12tdf is described as “the ultimate expression of the concept of an extreme road car that is equally at home on the track”. Just 799 examples will be built.
The car keeps the same 6.3-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine as the regular F12 Berlinetta, but power has been boosted from 730bhp to 770bhp at 8500rpm, while torque has increased from 509lb ft to 520lb ft at 6750rpm. But the changes don't stop there.

Just when everyone said the F12 was too powerful, they make it even more powerful. This is why I love Ferrari.

The F12 Berlinetta's rear end was dominated by these lines around the lights all the way down to the diffuser, the F12 TDF rear end just makes no sense to me

I think they're all sold out. Gonna have to wait for an overpriced, used one. Buy a used 458 speciale, last N/A v8 and will appreciate over time. Better proportions than the F12 also( imo) and would be the cherry on top for your collection.
+dan McClaren yeah but this car is an absolute beauty, a unique piece of art that you don't see everywhere (referring to cali where sir +salomondrin lives), if ever! That's due to two facts, 1. This is a limited edition and 2. Most of these cars will never be driven or tracked, but instead used as a collection piece or an investment (insane resale value). With that said, I truly hope salomondrin gets one tho, because I know he would drive the shit out of that car!
I think this is a benchmark for all other front engined supercars in the years to come. Ferrari just created an ace with the F12 TDF. Would love to see one in action.

One of the best looking Ferrari's ever. One of my favorite front engine next to the 250 GT0 and Daytona. It's tough for yellow to look good on a car but probably the best color for the TDF. A classic the day it was made,
the F12s slogan should be,"Tires? Fuck em."

Yellow with bright wheels and black interior has to be the best color combo for this car. Absolutely incredible !

***** fucking you....yes autocar 'made' the video and uploaded it on their channel but majority of the footage has been provided by Ferrari and was clearly shot on a different day with their official test driver. This proves that Ferrari are ridiculously controlling over footage that is released and probably blackmailed autocar into using it if they want to drive future cars. Secondly that Autocar is a sell out for releasing a video like this. Sutcliffe wouldn't have let this happen
Sounds beautiful
For me for years my favourite car has been the SLR 722.! But this thing is just on another level. A masterpiece engine. A naturally aspirated angry V12. This car has no E-Numbers or added sugar. It's the pure essence of motoring perfection, (in my opinion). If this car doesn't stir your emotions as a car lover that's your issue not the F12's ...!
To me the BEST yet modern V12 Ferrari to date. Above the 599 GTO and FF.. Marvellous.

I am one who likes to keep it simple. I don't really like cars that look too flamboyant. However, I don't find that Ferrari went to the extreme with the design of the F12 TDF, over the regular F12 Berlinetta. The F12 TDF still looks great.

+Fast Er corvette has had a distinct look sense it first came out ,when the first and second gen corvette's came out there was nothing in the Ferrari line that even resembled a corvette . i like both cars but saying that this doesn't look like a corvette is false , and saying that Ferrari was the first to make cars with this look is false .
One of the greatest Ferrari's ever made. Who would have known a Ferrari would look so incredible in Yellow! My favorite color for a TDF. Plus bright finish wheels. My opinion only, black wheels on a Ferrari suck. Great video!!

The F12tdf is undoubtedly a fantastic machine but I prefer our Speciale for overall handling balance. What you do get is the V12 up front which I can tell you, having owned an FF, is an experience every time you start it. For the F12tdf times that by ten I imagine!

2 full seconds faster on the Fiorano track than the regular F12 Berlinetta, just 1.3 seconds slower than the LaFerrari. Amazing.

The most attractive Ferrari since Daytona.. You can see it's got that bloodline in it, all the way back to the 250 Lusso Berlinetta. The first Ferrari created in my lifetime that I really desperately want to own!

This is the legendary 1964 Ferrari 275 GTB/C Speciale re-incarnated in carbon fibre. Some people see a 2014 Corvette. I see a genius design reference hidden in a modern chassis.

Ferraris are so enigmatic. The company admits they're not very comfortable. And the relationship goes beyond simply driving it. I drove a 458 italia once. It was the funnest drive to the Chiropractor ive ever had. Lol. :-)

F12 and Corvette Z07 share similar design themes. Never would've compared the two until I saw this car in Yellow paint.
This cinematography is stunning salute to the DOP. It goes without saying that this is a stunning car. The rear design is a little off but the curves on this car are like an evening with Jennifer Lopez

I wish the carbon fiber trim uniting the taillights was bigger though and the body kit looks way too over the top for a Ferrari, it looks more like the N Largo or a Mansory special, too tuned and less sharp.
