      He talks about it like "he is afraid of it with TC off", but in the video he handles it, so a bit weird! But we can feel that this car is like a very savage animal screaming & begging to be pushed hard, like a pornstar!

      Do not be so stupid. Top gear is not going anywhere. But they need to change the format.
      That last season was very corny and seemed very short as well and I barely seen Harris on it or Sabine.
      Both of those should be out trashing cars on tracks with cool challenges and lots of reviews.

      +Dustin Spencer Clarkson's gang made Top Gear a great TV show, and it will take time for people to understand it is over. As much as it was a great TV show, it became a show for the people, not only for car guys, with less reall testing and evaluating, and more scripted scene.
      I follow Chris Harris since the days he was an Autocar magazine journalist, and I was so glad to know he joins Top Gear. He is just the right man for the job. A knowledgeable driver who can translate what he feels to words. I really love him, he will do great!

    Dear BBC,
    Please take notice of what I am about to say, because it couldn't be a more genuine and thought-through opinion than it's about to be. If you plan on restructuring Top Gear once more, please highly take into consideration the following trio of presenters; *Chris Harris* , *Tiff Needell* , and *Matt Farah* . For all the reasons why fans enjoy Mr. Harris, is the same reason people enjoy Tiff and Matt. They are die-hard automotive enthusiasts, who have a fantastic entertaining and confident camera presence. They are professional in the work they all do, and can still remain entertaining and relevant to as wide of an audience as Top Gear used to have.
    This trio, would hands down, be able to be on a level playing field, with the old presenters and their new show, better yet, would have people loving BOTH shows, and not just one or the other. Everyone wins, literally. You couldn't describe a more Win-Win situation if you tried. Please take note and genuinely consider this, you will not regret it.
    *Chris Harris* - *Tiff Needell* - *Matt Farah* - All 3 automotive journalists, professional presenters, and fan favorites.

      You say no to Tiff, a proven presenter with experience and fan favorite, who is as passionate about cars as he is good at driving them, having been a racing driver himself, then follow up by giving two of the worst examples imaginable. The idea is to have Top Gear attain its gold standard once again, not run it further into the ground.

    This is definitely one of my favorite Chris Harris videos. He did an absolute fantastic job of presenting the TDF factually without making it sound boring. His genuine excitement for this Ferrari really made me get into it too! Well done Mr. Harris. He has fantastic presentation skills, and a style that I felt the recent Top Gear with Mr. Clarkson was starting to shy away from in favor of more explosions. Clarkson is a fantastic presenter as well but I admire Harris' ability to let his genuine side through.

    I love how this version of the f12 tdf review has more views then the classic top gear style one. this is so much better than the other one coz it's informative and entertaining at the same time and Chris Harris is a pro race driver who can really appreciate the tech and development that goes into the cars he drives. man I wish I could drive like him when I'm a bit older (I am 17) and able to drive cars that are even slightly close to the tdf and even own my supercar.

      The Corvette is (or at least looks) shorter than the F12. The F12 has way more agressive body work, and is generally better lookng than the new corvette. Not that there is anything wrong with the C7, brilliant car, but it just dosn't look as good as its predecessors.

      +David Fuller first public renderings were in 2009. first test cars where on the track and some roads in mid 2012 then the public release was December 2012. so the designers got to see it 3 years before ferrari pushed it's drawing in 2011 then public viewing of concept in 2012. www.corvetteblog.com/2007/06/corvettes-of-the-future-artist-renderings-of-c7-corvette/

    • @ShadowFalcon
      @ShadowFalcon 7 лет назад +2

      Yeah.
      Because the F12 got out of bloody nowhere, from a complete vacuum in 2012 right?
      Ferrari didn't do years of study and design work before actually starting to shape metal into the first prototypes right?
      Just because Chevrolet is more loud when it comes to "building hype" about their car doesn't mean their design is "more original".
      In fact, seeing as all Ferrari GT's basically take design-cues from the early Ferrari 166 Inter (from 1948, which is a good 5 years before there even was a Corvette) I'd say the Corvette always was, and always will be a cheap knockoff Ferrari.

    • @nbookie
      @nbookie 7 лет назад

      +ShadowFalcon
      Can you imagine the first time a Ferrari owner hears "is that the new vett"?
      Would you be happy to know people are comparing your ridiculously expensive Ferrari to a $50,000 Corvette that all the Ferrari fan boys say is a plastic crap car?
      That would make me happy to know I'm being compared To the mere common man's car even though I just spent more than twice the average cost of an America home On a "unique" "rare" supercar.

    • @nbookie
      @nbookie 7 лет назад +1

      +ShadowFalcon I'm sure the Ferrari owner will be pleased to stand there and tell him about who released the plans for their car first and that the Ferrari is really not a Corvette copy. I'm sure that's exactly what he wants to do when he pulls up in his new shiny Corvette, I mean Ferrari.
