There are more flex in mini apes than there are in T-bars. That's why it feels really crispy when turning. And also why you feel the vibrations of the bars.. No wasted energy from triple tree to bars to your hands.
I just purchased a 2022 FXBB and I am shopping for new bars and getting no info on how tall riders are. how tall are you if you don't mind me asking with running 14inch bars on that bike when you had it?
I know you probably already got rid of the dyna but..Also your lucky Dave's t bars will hold up a bit better in a wreck due to the horizontal cross bar at the bottom by the triple tree that tends to help them to not twist as easy. My old bike had t bars without the crossbar and when I went down they twisted I was able to bend them back by hand but it would have been nice if they didnt twist in the first place.
Nice Dude! But there is something i want to ask you. Are those bushings universal and where can i get them (i ride a honda rebel CMX450c 1986 btw)? Because i went from a dragbar to a half ape (12") and now have tons of play in my bars. When braking it almost feels like a extra set of springs is added to the front :( I really don't like that, kinda feels like the bars are unstable....
+michavanduinen I woulnt say they're universal but I'm sure they could be modified. Check out lucky daves. They have sizes on there and you could compare those to yours
Quick question. When are you planning on doing your long term review of these bars? I would love to hear your thoughts now that you have had them on for a few months.
I am thinking about LD- San Diego 15 or 14, vs LD 13 with pull back, what is your recommendation? Can you share what length of clutch cable n brake line i need for LD SD 14 inch?
I hate pullback in my bars, I'm a bigger dude so I almost never need pull back on any bike. For the LD 14's I was able to use the stock street bob cables and wires. I believe that's the tallest you can go without replacing
Hey man just got my decal in from you just wanted to say thanks for throwing in the BnB decal also that was really cool ill make sure I hand those cards out also. Thanks again man.
Figured it was about time I dumped the company account (Sharpe Trade) and just post with my own account. Man ... you and Blockhead are making believers out of me. DIdn't like either one when you both first got new bikes. But those new bars give it a whole new look.
If you dont mind me asking your height? Cause I'm still debating if I should get 12" or 14".. I'm 5'11" and I don't know if 14" is to high for me or not.. Thanks in advance

Love biltwell grips, bars look good , the bike is coming together.
+Tony's Garage these have to be my favorite so far
Im a big fan of Biltwell products
are planning to move the bag to a different location?
+Joel R OMG YOU PEOPOE AND THE BAG 😂
Mia's mirrors give you a good view upright? I'm assuming so since (at least from what I can tell from the videos) the bar width is greater than Mia's.
+Tim Dunbar they're the same mirrors. They work upright on the dyna because the bars are higher so I can see over my shoulder

hmmm weird, can't seem to find any sizing on there. am I missing somehting here?
+michavanduinen hmmm I guess they don't have the sizing on there. Ill check if I kept my stock ones when I get home and ill measure them for you
BnB Bruhda, Was wait on your first ride with the bars and grips. thanks for your honest opinion on both products. God Bless Right On Ride On Be Safe

Mr. Motard yasssss

+Maria Miron no. No I can not. The bag is welded on.

+Andrew Peters no problem man thanks for the support!
Did you replace the gloves from group ride one glove broke?
+Bonedeadfossil no I didn't. It only broke 1 of 2 of the straps so it still kinda works

+Dan O'Seaghdha oh you're in for a treat xD
check out the dynamite crew bar bag
+rSANTOSx00 I'd love one but just too pricey at this point of the build. That ugly bar bag was free and holds my stuff so its staying
can't beat free
Bikes looking good Bro
great video!
Looks good man!!
+Wet _BananaMOTO thanks bud!
Dude that bag strap flapping in the breeze would annoy me, too! Love the bars but I’d lose the bag. Just my 2 cents.
+DDAVO7 well if you watch my 40+ videos since this video came out you can see it has gone lol. It did get very annoying
Bike N' Bird You got me, man! Guess I need to catch up on your videos. Love the channel; stay safe out there.
Geez ditch the bag. Bike looks great though

+christian montemayor I'm 6'2. Every person Ive heard get 12" wishes they would have gotten 14's
Bike N' Bird thanks for the quick response brotha.. 👍👍
christian montemayor I'm 5'11" and 14" feels tailor made. Just perfect. Also put the forward controls
G . Q sick bike ! How about for someone who’s 5”7 12” or 14” thanks bro !
I dont think its the bag that bothering everyone. I think its the flappy strappy.
Either way, blame it on bradley. XD
+lundyfan30 flappy straps were fixed lol
damn man get a swingarm bag lmao or mount that bag to your forks.
+Gunluver1 I swear...
