watching you load that thing was the most stressful experience of my life, not even bested by a time I almost sent my buddies truck off a 30 foot ridge

Super sketch. 6 inch lift doesn’t help. I always imagine there being a nice hill to load on but that’s never the case

Looks like that thing hadn't been parked indoors since it left the dealership. What a shame. But great job reviving the beast!

This bike had over 100,000 miles on it. Someone had been enjoying it for sure. Thanks for watching!

@Twins Moto Garage If you ever feel like selling those wheels I'm your man. I've been looking for a set of those for the past year.

I have a very similar corrosion situation with with my street bob. I was wondering if you could tell me the process you used to get the wrinkle black specifically and possibly the other oxidation to look as good as you did. I would seriously appreciate it. One of the only dudes I’ve seen that has taken it from that bad to looking as good as it does.

wd40, scotch bright, 0000 steel wool, wire brushes (not the extremely stiff ones). Wash the wd40 off afterward, then spray s100 or pig spit silicone shine product on it. If the paint is gone and cast aluminum showing through, you need to touch that up with spraypaint that harley sells. Depending on your year it will be "wrinkle" or "texture" black. It's the closest match you can get without disassembling the engine and powder coating it again. Good luck.

The street bob is designed to be low and it’s supposed to be a bobber not a cornering machine . Also 15,000 is a better price than 25’for the low rider st
