    Very informative. My daughter is planning to go for rotations. I was worried when she mentioned tourist VISA and it's legality. Now I understand what is B1 and it is legal. Thank you.

    Great video,
    I have already did DS-160 a few months back.
    So will it be possible to convert that into emergency appointment for the purpose of clinical rotation?
    In India waiting period is high.

    Hi, I've been in the USA for a while on an F1 visa, studying English. I'm planning to apply for USCE during the summer break when I have no classes. Is that possible? I'd prefer not to return to my country for a visa change due to the complex process.

    Hi, I’m IMG and my school is letting me do rotations in America for 2 years. And I understand that I enter America with a B1 visa. However, how long does the immigration office let me stay in America? I know for B2 visa, you can only stay for 6 months, so does that apply to B1 too? Or, it gives you fully 2 years stay and you don’t need to leave the country in between.

    why isn't Step 3 a good idea to apply for b1/b2?

    • @usmlesarthi2024
      @usmlesarthi2024  Год назад +1

      Because technically step 3 is needed only after you are in residency not for ecfmg certification

      Exact same question. Infact I want to have the visa before applying for elective, as an elective agency wouldn’t wait 8 months for me just so that i get an appointment. so Im worried, since i wont have an invitation letter, how would i convince the officer that my reasons to travel is for electives, because I wont have a proof
