    What to do if my spouse is in the us on f1 and I applied for visitor for tourism ?

    • @iVisa_travel
      @iVisa_travel  9 месяцев назад

      If your spouse is in the U.S. on an F1 visa and you've applied for a visitor visa for tourism, it's essential to be honest about your intentions during the visa application process. Clearly state that you plan to visit for tourism purposes and provide any necessary documentation to support your application. Keep in mind that each visa type has its own rules and regulations, so be sure to follow them accordingly. If you have specific concerns or questions, feel free to ask. Safe travels!

    great video. can i ask something? because my daughter has her B1/B2 interview next month and she is newly graduated. is it possible for her to make sure to the consular that she can go back to our home country? and how about if her aunt will support all her expenses all the way to the US? thankyou so much

    • @iVisa_travel
      @iVisa_travel  11 месяцев назад

      Hello @ma.amycataloctocan950,
      Certainly! During the B1/B2 visa interview, your daughter should demonstrate that she has strong ties to her home country. This could be proof of employment, property ownership, family connections, or other commitments that indicate she intends to return after her visit. Additionally, if her aunt is supporting her financially, having a letter proving her aunt's financial capability can be helpful.
      If you need travel assistance in the future, you can visit our website: bmrk.short.gy/wqXaLh for help. Good luck to your daughter!

    2:07 What if I will say that I want to spend holiday (Christmas & New Year) with my Family in the USA? My sister is Citizen there while my Parents are US legal permanent resident. Thank You

    • @iVisa_travel
      @iVisa_travel  3 месяца назад

      Hello there, if you have enough strong ties to your home country, then it shouldn't be a problem. It can be an alert for the US officers if you're trying to get your visa while all your family lives there, and you can't really proof you have a property in your home country/studying long-term/are married or have your own family, have a long term employer contract/enough financial funds, or all of them.

      Hello @jenniferbolor6587,
      We appreciate you watching our vlog and considering your first visa application. It's great to see your interest in traveling. If you're a senior at the age of 72 and a person with a disability, the U.S. visa process can still be accessible to you.
      When applying for a U.S. B1/B2 visa, it's important to ensure that you have all the necessary documentation, including medical records if applicable, to support your application. The key is to demonstrate your intent to visit the U.S. for the purpose of tourism or any other permissible activity.

    please answer 🙏 I have an interview for B1-B2 visas in the embassy soon and my question is I played Green Card once and didn't win :) if the embassy asks have you ever gotten REFUSED from any US visas? :) what would I answer??? Thanks in advance

    • @iVisa_travel
      @iVisa_travel  Год назад

      Hello @shakhboztokhirov3802! 🌟
      Thank you for reaching out with your question. It's great that you're preparing for your B1-B2 visa interview. As mentioned, if you applied for the Green Card lottery (DV) and were not selected, that does not count as a visa refusal. So, when asked during your interview if you've ever been refused a US visa, you can confidently answer 'No.' Honesty is key during visa interviews.
      We'd be happy to help you get your B1/B2 visa here: travelwith.ivisa.com/3FnUzoU Safe travels!
