They need to revert the mythic changes. They completely failed the marksmen class. At first, the adc was good, but then Riot decided to just break every single ranged characters knee cap. If they're strong enough to lane by themselves almost 100% of time I'll take it to any other lane then botlane.
99% no, but it would be a great start for sure Then you have to return old Guinsoo's, buff Botrk back to being buildable, give my fking bird champ its old Navori, return AD to AS items, balance out lethality so it's not the strongest jinx build lmfao, buff back berserkers + introduce a proper feits T3 with at least 100% gold efficiency (when tanks will have 160%+ xdd), and maybe look into on-hit items and individual champions (Kaisa, Twitch, Kalista, Varus and nerf fking Cait/Ashe already ffs)

I think simply just add back the giant slayer passive on pen items and rework cutdown would solve 99% of the problems for carries.
