And for mimir, he literally died and got reanimated for one, and when you think about it, the Norns (the ones who see all who approached) would’ve noticed and you’d think Valhalla with how it is would have exposed this “fake mimir” at some point. Odin is able to be in multiple places at once. In a Norse story, Odin split himself into three different kings at once, named High, Just-as-High, and Third.
Never the less that would take parts of his soul, meaning that when Atreus took all his 4 souls at the end of the game, that Odin would truly be gone. Although I'm sure there's some way that he could come back I just personally find it hard to see any way of himself keeping himself alive even after being fully dead. Obviously the game deviates from the source material a lot, but in the myths Baldur returns from Hel after Ragnarök when the world is born anew. Magni and Modi are already dead, and the other three may not be in this version of the mythology, but the possibility of Baldur returning in a future game doesn’t seem unlikely.

I would argue that Odin may very well still be alive through his raven. While yes he doesnt talk like other spectral aspects this doesnt have to mean anything since its not clearly established that all spectral aspects are capable of speech. As for Odins soul being destroyed i am not sure if that is something that can be that easily accomplished. This is actually possible… Ragnarok wasn’t technically Ragnarok accurate as the myths and story’s say… if Kratos, Freya, and Atreus go to Egypt.. Odin could return to seek revenge or even cause the Egyptian gods, to have beef with Kratos. Causing some kind of drama. Maybe even Odin disguising as Kratos killing a Egyptian god and that’s that reason.

I know Jesus vs Kratos is a meme but that would be the best way to end the series in my opinion. He has always thought that all gods are bad. He meets Jesus, has a sit down with him. Jesus absolves him of all his sins and they sit down and drink some wine together. Hell, GOW could end just as Cristianity is about to start (I don't actually know when Ragnarok is set in but if its set before the birth of Christ, that'd be a really good way to end the series)
