Hi, how can I find suppliers for my contracts to quote prices in the proposal? For example, if I were to write a proposal for a contract that requires me to buy paper bags who would I contact to get the prices for those paper bags?

Hello there! It's great to see your interest in government contracting and your concern about subcontracting regulations. In federal contracting, there's a concept known as the "limitation on subcontracting" rule. This rule requires that for certain set-aside contracts, the prime contractor must perform a certain percentage of the labor costs with its own employees. However, this percentage can vary depending on the type of contract and the specific regulations involved.
