      @@FedAccess You’re welcome and thank you for asking.
      I am currently exploring opportunities to work with large government contractors (Top 30 companies.) According to my investigation there are some areas of their works that my company could do much better and cheaper (= save them money.) But I have no idea on how to approach them without selling my service short.
      If your content cover
      -where to find those opportunities
      -how to approach them properly
      -how to negotiate a partner deal with them fairly,
      I would be so grateful for your knowledge.
      Besides, I am always following your every content and appreciate your great work.
      Thank you.

      @@FedAccess Most of the Government Contracting Mentors charge $50,000 to $100,000 and they all have associations with Loan companies so we can borrow money to pay them, I'm New and want to know if this is just the industry standard?

    • @FedAccess
      @FedAccess  15 дней назад +1

      @@essentialinformer That is definitely not the industry standard! You can learn government contracting without paying a cent. For starters, have you signed up with your local APEX Accelerator? They are funded by the government to help small businesses with government contracting. I also recommend that people sign up with their local SBDC and SCORE: both organizations offer free mentoring to help small businesses.

    Hi FedAccess, I have a question for you.
    how do you charge a prime contractor while working for them as a subcontractor?

    • @FedAccess
      @FedAccess  9 месяцев назад

      The contract will probably specify the invoicing procedures for you to use in submitting your invoices to them.

    What if a business Wins a contract then for whatever reason they can't fulfill it, do they get Black Balled

    • @FedAccess
      @FedAccess  2 месяца назад

      The specific consequences would depend on the terms of the contract and the reasons for non-fulfillment, but it's definitely something to be avoided. The government could seek compensation, including the cost of finding a new contractor. The company may be suspended or debarred from future government contracts.

  • @Clicks-Prosper

    If contracts are bid over and over again, why would they change contractors? Or do you mean the Prime giving out micro contracts?

    • @FedAccess
      @FedAccess  3 месяца назад +1

      Many government contracts are re-bid on a regular schedule, e.g. every three years. There are many reasons why the government might select a company other than the incumbent, for example, if a company submits a lower bid.
