Hands down the best family vlog there is on YT. 🙌 Zero boring moments and so informative. You guys obviously did your homework whichever country you chose to visit. Your channel is so underrated and you deserve to reach a million subscribers by the end of this year.
Isn't the food in Osaka interesting? I miss the variety of all the food offered there. Glad to see you're enjoying it. Always look forward to seeing what's next :)
Where in the PH are you ? My wife, Eflida Ceniza is on Mactan Island, Lapu Lapu. I am in Everett, Wa. near Seattle. My wife went to our home there to train a new maid and visit family. In July we will have been married 47 years.
Been following you guys for a while, like your videos! I was surprised when Phil said he grew up in Indiana. I grew up in Indiana as well and I currently live in Colorado. Wish I traveled more!
In Japan you need to bring your own trash home, it goes for tourists too. Not the most convenient when you are day traveling/visiting, but the rules apply to all. There are recycle bins though inside the subway. We ended up using the trash in public toilet. Also it's not very well appreciated in their culture to have people eating on the street, especially walking and slurping your drink or leaking your ice cream. I guess also that by going to a restaurant you don't have to carry your trash. We just were there few weeks ago for Sakura and experienced the same things you guys are doing. We loved Japan!
I missed Japan while watching your blog. Coz I worked in a hotel in Nagoya wayback year 90's. for me , Japan is the best country I've been to. the Cleanliness, high-technology and the people of Japan..
Thanks for showing us Japan through your eyes, and some of the good eats too. Yay on the mini commercial too.... Erin didn't disappoint with another Lucille Ball moment at the end. Blessings Lockwoods.
So happy you liked it! We love taking you with us places 😊. And thanks for sticking around til the very end. Sometimes we throw some really funny stuff in there 😝
2:59 same Erin, same. when i was in Japan, i was so confused as to how the streets remain so clean despite no trashcans? turns out that it's just culture to carry the trash home or wherever u may find a bin. I guess by making it inconvenient to throw stuff, it discourages littering in a sense? it makes you more mindful I suppose honestly i need their mind tricks in my country cos we have a serious littering problem here
WOW this episode is so Delicious, made me hungry. You ate a lot of food, I would really really want to taste Kobe beef melt in your mouth food and the crab bun , I bet I would really really love it I can see shreds of the crabs . Yummy episode 😋😋😋
AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN, GUYS NO SKIPPING OF ADS PLEASE. 😊😊 I seldom eat beef (because I eat beef burgers only lols). But when Erin and kids started eating kobe beef, oh miiii. It seems that it is delicious. What about the sashimi, that's raw right? Haven't tried eating raw fish. How does it taste?
Yah fruit in general in Japan is expensive. The quality is outstanding. I heard that my Aunt in Hiroshima would wrap individual peaches while they grew on the tree.
Shout out to your fellow famous American travel youtubers "Lisa and Josh" looking back at you at 21:16. Funny how like minded energy attracts each other when you don't even realize it. 😂
This is awesome and nostalgic to watch, I was just there in January. Next time you go to Osaka, you should try the fugu (poisonous puffer fish). It's perfectly safe as they have strict standards on who can serve it.
We watched this twice now! We are living in Japan but still, you made us crave for japanese food. Now, my girlfriend is craving for takoyaki and I have to drive and get it for her. 🐙 Our favorite part is! Here 10:43
Thanks for watching us!! Reagan is our oldest but we share custody with her mom in Denver. She goes to in person high school likes staying close to home :)
Hi! I’m living in Osaka, and I’m really happy you guys enjoyed our foods! Especially I’m glad you like Udon from Imai, because dashi is our culture, and also represents taste from Osaka😊
Kudos to you Lockwood family. I’m impressed with your family. I’ll be going to Japan in the fall 2023 and spending most of my time in Osaka which i missed on my trip in 2019. I agree with you on takoyaki. The center was totally different from what I’m expecting. Now my favorite meal in Japan was OKONOMIYAKI in Hiroshima. Three major styles for OKONOMIYAKI Tokyo, Osaka, and Hiroshima. Congrats on your travels.
@@AlwaysBeChanging Looking forward to each and every content of yours. Loved every aspect of it, so calming and enjoyable to watch. Thanks for bringing us closer to places that we have never been before.
Haha….catnapped🐱🤣Sushi misses you Colt and Brooklyn!
Sushi needs his own passport 😝

Isn't the food in Osaka interesting? I miss the variety of all the food offered there. Glad to see you're enjoying it. Always look forward to seeing what's next :)
We loved it and definitely saw a distinction there. The okonomiyaki was a surprise delight and we love how it’s specifically considered an Osaka dish.
Loved it❤️ hope you guys are doing well, God bless.😊

I'm loving your japan trip videos!!
Thanks! We had a great time in Japan. One more video left in the series 🤗
Dying😭The end with Erin and the Takoyaki😆🤣🤦♀️

I love your mini commercials guys !Good job👍🏼
Awwwww! Thank you 🙏 We’re hoping to make them as entertaining as the rest of the episode. Appreciate it! 🤗
ようこそ、大阪へ。楽しんでくれた様で嬉しい⭐️

It’s almost 2:00am here in the Philippines and I’m craving for Japanese food. 🤤

The Sakura trees must have been so beautiful! We loved Japan and found so many of the rules fascinating but effective. 😊

The right sashimi is so delicious!! The raw tuna we had and the Kobe beef was the absolute tastiest 😋
Going to any country you have to have an open minded.
$50 for 9 strawberries? Cripes. I got about 50 for $3 in downtown Amman last year.
Good video.
Thank you 😊🙏
Yah fruit in general in Japan is expensive. The quality is outstanding. I heard that my Aunt in Hiroshima would wrap individual peaches while they grew on the tree.
The Hokaido strawberries, dairy and scallops are the best in the WORLD!
We had strawberries at every stop. Would love to taste the ones in Hokkaido!

Osaka is Japan s food capital I have heard.
Indeed it is. And a lot of variety there!
You get a perfect score indeed !! Travel to enjoy unique food experiences...nailed it with this episode Lockwoods!
Thank you Xels!!!!! 🥰🤗🙏😊
I'm so happy I found this channel. Every single episode is just quality. I wonder though, who writes the narrative? It's always so creative!
We really appreciate your positive feedback and support!! ❤️🤗 Phil writes all of the intros. 99% of the rest of each episode is unscripted 👍🏼
I can't for you guys to come visit us in Korea 😊❤
I bought a 2,000 USD gameboy in Osaka 😂
We are looking forward to that too!!
This is awesome and nostalgic to watch, I was just there in January. Next time you go to Osaka, you should try the fugu (poisonous puffer fish). It's perfectly safe as they have strict standards on who can serve it.
So happy it was nostalgic for you! We actually try fugu in Tokyo 👏🏼 that’ll be in an upcoming episode 😊
First time going to Japan later this year and we'll be touching down on Osaka first! Cannot wait to try the local streetfood! :D
It is so fun and exciting there! But also people are so kind and you feel so safe 😊
are you still in Japan? it would be nice if you'll collab with the ahern family they just arrived in japan.
❤❤❤❤
That would have been nice but we unfortunately left Japan a little over a week ago.
You guys tried a lot of Japanese foods!! I've been living In Michigan. American foods are boring so I wanna go back to Japan!!
The food in Japan is next level! We want to go back too!… if only just for the food 😊

Hi! I’m living in Osaka, and I’m really happy you guys enjoyed our foods!
Especially I’m glad you like Udon from Imai, because dashi is our culture, and also represents taste from Osaka😊
It was utterly delicious 😋! I think Japan is our favorite foodie country!
Time 4:30 I have NEVER seen shrimp that big- and you want me to touch that.
😆 the seafood was fantastic!
It’s really embarrassing you order 1 okonomiyaki between four people in a restaurant.
Why would that be embarrassing? We wouldn’t want to waste food.
There are no trash cans because you were supposed to put them in your pocket and take it home :)
So glad we kept the bag! 😊

Osaka is awesome. I think it was our favorite city. Have a great time! 🤩
いちご飴より八百屋の高級イチゴの方が栄える
🤤🤤🤤😜
For a family that will eat anything that doesn't bite them first, that was certainly a great day.
It was a fantastic day 😊
First! Cheers!
Yay! 👏🏼 thank you for being first 🤗 🥂

Please stop eating octopus. These creatures are very intelligent and it is so sad that people just eat anything.
