Was in Osaka last month and hit up the pickle place and Wanaka at Kuromon market. Both were delicious! Went to Wanaka again over at Shin-Osaka station before getting on the shinkansen.
Kuramon market is such a weird place in the sense its a bit of a tourist trap with the prices and such, yet it has such a long history. Really do recommend going there before going to Dotonbori as you usually wanna get there early, and starting from the south going north you're essentially at Dotonbori when you exit :) For sure Sho, if i spot the veggies when i arrive i'll pick one, i do eat way to little veggies when in japan so this would be a good snack for me.
Funny thing about KFC, the founder was actually from Indiana, the state just north of Kentucky. Very nearby where I live actually, and I am friends with some of his decendants. His story is kind of interesting!
