Oh my goodness, this looks sublime. That color! It will no doubt be a recipe i'll make again and again. I love that it's simple, but will utilize two things in my kitchen that i sadly rarely use - my dutch oven, and my vitamix! Thanks for another winner!
Pure health! I like to garnish with an orange nasturtium and a purple Johnny jump up flower. I write our initials with sour cream and serve cold. Really enchanting when served cold in a square bowl. Thanks and hey to Tiger!
Good Afternoon Kevin, yummy 😋 that looks fabulous and so easy! What a lovely garden area to enjoy all of your recipes... so perfect and peaceful 💛🥂🙏thank you again for welcoming us into your home and sharing with us your elegance and knowledge... 😊 stay safe and healthy see you next week 🥂
Excellent presentation of a delicious recipe. I also use the same basic recipe and substitute broccoli instead of watercress for another variation....I add a few small chunks of whatever cheese I like. I use an immersion blender instead of the vitamix type.
Is that a Mister Potato Head cheering on your recipe? (I need glasses) This looks amazing! I love the romantic notion of making a Victorian era soup. Plus using watercress. How inspiring! 💛🌿
Hi Lori - I don't know why some of my videos have captions and others don't. If any help to you, the recipe is on my website in words, pictures, and a printable recipe card. Meantime I will investigate the no-captions issue!
Thank you for introducing a lovely soup. The green is beautiful. Light and refreshing.
Thank you for showing us how to make this lovely soup! I'm definitely going to make this recipe for myself. Thank you again! 😋💚🥬🤎🥔💛🧅❤🍵
Looks great, Kevin! Love the pergola, too 😍

Your right the color is amazing. I am going to try this.
Never thought of watercress as having much flavor, so this recipe certainly intrigues.
I never knew what to do with watercress. I will buy it for the first time.
