I have this same pop up. Mine is a 1996 jayco 1207. I'm looking forward to watching your project unfold.

It's all finished. I have 7 videos of the process. Taking it out for the first time this Tuesday!

Brings back memories of my first camper; a popup...A Fleetwood Coleman Cheyenne - the 'big boy', even had a bench/couch called a gaucho bed.
I had it for about 6 years.
    Tips:
Go to the junk yard and get 4 exact same car scissor jacks.
Here's my video on that - replace the swing down levelers.

Find a dorm fridge that pretty much fits the cutout of the 'cooler' and cut more if needed.
    Much cheaper.
When I bought mine - the sink was shot, so...I removed it entirely - pretty much worthless anyway - and replaced with a custom cut counter top from Lowes.
    Microwave and coffee pot station!
I then got rid of all water lines and water tank of course which freed up space from one of the benches of the dinette.
For dishwashing - off to the hardware store to get those old school rubber maid sink liners from the old porcelain sink days...perfect for washing plates and stuff.

I notice your ball hitch is way too high for the camper. The camper is not sitting level with the road. This will cause load imbalance on the camper frame. It also will cause a negative load at the hitch. Which it is not designed for. Its a simple fix. Just buy a ball mount with the required drop to level the camper and put weight on the ball hitch.

Yes, you are correct! I had just gotten my Jeep lifted. The camper purchase was spur of the moment (surfing Craigslist). I did buy a 7" drop hitch after getting it home. I'm sure we looked ridiculous on the way home. After the remodel and our first camping trip bear encounter, we sold it. But, it was a really fun process.
