I'm a huge fan of Izzy, but I didn't hate Alex or see him as a villain when he defeated Israel in the UFC. And his fight against Thomas Powell was his fourth professional fight. Jungle fight is as fancy as LFA, but those still count on his professional record. Besides that, would be nice to register the Alex broke a toe on the first round against Bruno Silva and even so was still able to push that guy the way he did. Nice vídeo, man. Just a couple of corrections: Alex was raised in São Paulo, no Rio (Believe it or not those are different cities). And his fight against Thomas Powell was his fourth professional fight. Jungle fight is as fancy as LFA, but those still count on his professional record. Besides that, would be nice to register the Alex broke a toe on the first round against Bruno Silva and even so was still able to push that guy the way he did. The mutual respect between the men is easy to see. Sure, they make claims and sell their fights. That's part of the business. But each man knows what the other can do and there's total respect on both sides. As there should be. Been an Izzy fan for a very long time, even when Poatan beat him in kickboxing.
